"This is not a cheap place to have dinner. But it is definitely a place where you will get what you pay for! Three people at my table ordered steak and all of our steaks were excellent. The cocktails are actually slightly better priced than I find at other, similar establishments. So you can save a few dollars there. For example, a dirty martini is only $11. I generally part $14 elsewhere. Our service was also excellent. Be aware that this is directly connected to a hotel. If there were a huge convention, you would definitely want to make a reservation in advance. It was difficult to hear the people in my party, but I don't think that there's anything to be done about that. Between the high ceilings and the music and the kitchen, which is open at the back of the house, it was just hard to hear. Something to be aware of if you struggle with hearing loss."

"I have eaten all over the world from casual to fine dining. This experience is by far one of the best I have ever encountered. The food was good but it was the service. I had a young server he was maybe 17 or 18. I had quite a few questions because I am not familiar with their menu. He said, I don’t know but do you mind me going to ask someone. He came back with a perfect solution. Then it was time for me to order wine. I said which is your sweet wine. He said I don’t know anything about the wines, do you mind if I ask someone. They sent one of the managers that informed me most of them are dry. She had in tow two sample that other customers said was fairly sweet. Who does that! Such great customer service. The young man checked on me several times during my dining experience with such a beautiful smile. I said you are so cute. I Probably should have said handsome. He replied with a smile thank you. At the end of my experience he said how was everything thing. I said good. He looked at me with the most sincere smile and eyes and said is there anything I could have done better. In all my travels and experiences know one has ever asked me that question. Thank you Patrick keep up good work."

"I visited V’s Sunday for a birthday brunch from noon until 2pm and about 6;30 that evening I started feeling really bad. My throat was killing me, couldn’t swallow and my face was aching I went to the doctor and they said I had strep throat. I ask if you could get strep from food and she said yes if the food was contaminated. I won’t be visiting V’s again or eating anyone’s buffet."

"We visited this restaurant with another couple. We ate outdoors in the sun with their umbrellas for shade. I gave this a 4 for atmosphere because the back of the building is frankly ugly, but the weather was great, so that made it a 4. The server was a young woman, and she was outstanding. She did a lot to enhance the meal with her humor and her wonderful service. My wife and I split a wonderful salad with fresh greens and yummy dressing. For the main dish, we split lasagna, which was plenty for the two of us. The lasagna was some of the best either of us have had. This would be a place to try if you are in the area and want some wonderful Italian food."

"Driving through and spending the night at my sister’s and they have been wanting to treat us to dinner out. What a great little place! I’d love to see the rooms. Angel greeted us and was so friendly and cordial! Loved visiting with her. Jayden was our server and again, so pleasant and knowledgeable. Loved all her suggestions! I was intrigued by the Pineapple Coconut Margarita and found it tasty nice balance of sweetness. Jayden recommended the Brussel Sprouts and they were delicious! Two of us had the Shrimp and Grits and we both loved it! Not too rich and great flavors. My sister had the Cauliflower steak (what??? I’m from TX and our steaks don’t come from cauliflower! but she said it was delicious!! Hubby had the Fried Chicken with Whipped Potatoes and said it was very good. I got a bite of both: moist chicken and fun flavors (maybe lemon in the potatoes. Yum!! We couldn’t decide on dessert so I ordered Crème Brûlée, SIL got Chocolate Cake and sis got the Lemon Tart. I was torn between my Choice and the tart so hubby got the tart on my behalf. Jayden was listening and knew he really wanted the Chocolate Cake so brought him a slice of that too! Fun night! Great food! Excellent service! And wonderful company!"

"We recently visited Delmonico's for my 33rd birthday. My husband had been there previously with his dad but I had never been. It's a nice place, felt cozy and perfect evening lighting. My husband basically had an order planned before we sat down. We met Ethan first, he was a serving assistant who promptly got us set up with waters. Then we met Antoine, our server. He was very friendly and nice. My husband loved their gin selection, they had his favorite which he doesn't see in restaurants very often. We got 2 dirty martinis which were great. Bread came quickly and was nice and warm. My husband got the lobster bisque which was the best thing we tried. It was so good, I should have ordered my own. We split the chilled seafood tower, it was good, oysters were tiny but that is a seasonal thing, we know better but seafood is my favorite and it was my bday! Anyways, we also got the Delmonico steak Oscar style, it was okay, my husband enjoyed it, but I don't think it's what I would order next time. Next time I WILL be getting my own bowl of lobster bisque. When we were ending the meal Antoine asked if there was anything else, my husband had to ask for a dessert menu which made me feel bad like maybe he wanted us to go and not stay for dessert so I mentioned forgetting it but my husband said crème brulee was my favorite so I deserved it on my bday and ordered it, it was pretty good. Overall it was a nice dinner, nice place, good service. It's not the whole celebratory vibe but it's a solid dinner w/ good bisque!!"

"Haven't been here in 15 years and was excited to take my mother for her 85th birthday celebration. What a disappointment. The owners should be embarrassed. This is not good Italian food at all. I'm not even sure these folks know what Italian food is....the sugo sauce was horrible and way too sweet. The Veal Marsala was served with no pasta on the plate, but with a side of penne in that nasty Sugo sauce that was not edible. The Marsala sauce was more of a bland gravy than a sauce....even the ceasar salad had no flavor...and that is difficult to accomplish. I lived in Italy for many years, this is not good Italian, barely even Italian food... These folks should go visit Italy to understand how food is made and served properly in Italian restaurants. This is the absolute worst Italian food in the mid-west. Fazolli's is far better and much cheaper. I now understand completely why the Garozzo name is no longer on the building....this place is a joke, the positive reviews must be fake.... Truly an embarrassment to Italian restaurants the world over.... Does not deserve a single star, but that is not an option...."

"two in our party of three ordered from the brunch menu. the articles were crorque monsieur and oeufs al cocotte. each plate seemed to consist mostly of brot. we will not try again. the other person with us got the pesto chicken flatbread and a home salad. she said it was very good. we have eaten the flatbreads at earlier and found them excellent. also the side caesar or the house salads are great. we also enjoyed the brote served the table. cafe verona is one of our favorite spots. we were just disappointed by the brunch dishes we tried."

"Love this place! Most delicious biscuits as well as anything else you order. Gravy is so freaking good. The jalapeño ranch hand with a side of gravy is my favorite. Sprinkle that with a little hot sauce and its heaven in your mouth. Always great service! Though this last time, it did take a lot longer than usual. Best breakfast place I have found since moving from Texas."

"I dined at Thai Kitchen for the first time today, and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end! The food was full of amazing flavors and was served piping hot in no time. My mom ordered the red curry with medium spice, while I opted for the panang curry, spicy Thai style. That dish had some serious heat, which I absolutely loved. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The restaurant itself has a cozy atmosphere and is very clean. There were so many enticing menu options that it was tough to choose! I would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to return to try something new next time!"

"My favorite is the chorizo potato. Their fries are thick and flavorful. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here. The tofu buffalo wings are great, too, if you have room for them. My trick is to go with a friend and split a sandwich so we can get the wings, too. It's nice that they have half sandwich orders if you don't have someone to split with. Their salads are good, too, but none are vegan without modifications."

"Service was great bordering fantastic and if you prefer authentic you have to ask for them Not to put velveeta cheese sauce all over your dish. We were charged for salsa with the chips Not a big deal, but they should tell you. Ordered iced tea and seltzer water and was charged for alcoholic drinks and we had to clear that up. It was an ok visit but the exit over the bill at the register was not necessary (cost is not on the ticket you have to find where to pay and ask) Good Luck !"

"It was a beautiful evening when I was walking on the Independence Square and I decided I needed a Margarita. El Pico was open and looked inviting so I went inside. I was greeted by a young, friendly waitress who agreed to sit me outside and let me sip an adult beverage while my kids were playing Pokemon go. She also gave me a basket of chips and salsa and let me enjoy the night air. I will be back to try their food next time."

"Worst service ever! As we walked to the podium to check in, the hostess took a phone call and we were forced to stand there for several minutes (long enough for four people to try to get by us, because their hosting stand is placed in the worst possible location). Once the phone call was over, we gave our name and the hostess looked at her book for some time, highlighting various things before finally showing us to the table. It was approximately 20 minutes before a waitress came and took our drink order. She took our dinner order and we ordered an appetizer of bread service, because they charge for that, which we never received. I had to eat some snacks from my purse because I was starving, and we considered leaving, but our food finally came as we were standing up to leave, about 30-35 minutes after ordering. Our food was only OK, not disgusting, but not particularly noteworthy, certainly not worth the exorbitant prices. We were provided butter knives to cut our meat! We wolfed down our food as we were starving by this time, and our waitress never returned. My husband went to the bathroom and ran into the waitress and asked for our check. She said she would be right there, but, par for the course, never returned, so we went to the front and were told that she had to leave because of a family emergency. We were to believe that in the time it took for my husband to use the bathroom, about 2 minutes, she received the news that she had a family emergency, decided she had to leave precipitously, communicated with the other staff the remaining needs for her tables, and left. My husband forgot to check if we were charged for the bread service because we were in such a hurry to leave, but I am sure that the charge was tacked on. I would not be surprised if there was also a charge for the water. Just a dismal experience, would not recommend unless you really enjoy terrible service and mediocre food. If that 's your jam, this place is for you!"

"I’d like to start by saying that I never really leave reviews for places but after today’s lunch and the service I received, I felt obligated to let anyone reading know that you are missing out if you don’t come here and experience it for yourself. As someone who has years of experience in supervision/management, I understand that good help can be one of the challenges we face in terms of employment, for whatever reason it may be. However, the gentleman who provided his services to us by waiting our table was absolutely on top of his game! No sooner than our butts hit the seat, he was there to take on any request we were ready to make. They didn’t happen to have the beer I normally order as a “go to” but he offered a suggestion that turned out to be an excellent substitute. Not only was he very attentive the entire time, to the point where I would simply think of something I wanted and he was right there to make sure I had it. He was able to provide that top tier service while dealing with a packed dining room, which is something you do not see many people capable of doing, let alone as well. He was also incredibly friendly and personable, wearing a smile indicating that he was not unhappy with his job, which is important to me as well. Employees do their best work when they’re well taken care of, and it shows in their performance. To Ben S: Excellent job all around! Lastly I’m not going to get into how good the food was. My friend and I went with some bone-in wings and man, they were good. I am very picky about my wings, having grown up raised by someone who was born and raised in Buffalo, NY, so it takes a lot to impress me, but they knocked it out of the park. I also ordered some onion rings which turned out to be so massive, it took 2 boxes to contain the left overs I took home with me. Everything I saw being served to others looked equally tasty, and smelled amazing. I’m going to have to go back as soon as I get the first opportunity. The only thing I didn’t care for was the tiny table we were sitting at, but that’s merely my preference and we could have been sat elsewhere had my friend not requested a taller table, him being almost made entirely of legs. That’s not the restaurant’s fault, but perhaps they may do better with that area having more traditional style tables in their place? Perhaps they work well for everyone else. Either way Great place to eat. Top tier service. Amazing food. If you don’t eat here, you’re only doing yourself an injustice. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4"

"A charming little restaurant! I absolutely love it! Lunch was incredibly delicious and flavorful! We had the Korean Beef Short Ribs, which were served with rice, potatoes, zucchini, and mushrooms—all fantastic! We shared our meal since we weren't super hungry. The Clam Chowder was also excellent! The service was exceptional! We can't wait to return and try their homemade desserts and breakfast!"

"I needed coffee for 150 people with less than 24 hours notice. I called and spoke with the manager (I wish I remembered his name because he’s amazing. I was there the morning of 5/20/24). Most places probably would have either turned me down or been or been less than pleasant. This was not the case at this location. He helped me figure out how many containers I would need and assured me that everything (13 of the large travel containers) would be ready by 7am. Not only was the order ready at 7am, he and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed and helped me get it all to my car. All with smiles on their faces. "This place gets a 3 due to service, pricing and speed. The food was typical American Mexican but there were some issues. I had to salt everything. My asada was dry, my husbands steak and chicken were too and the shrimp were chewy. I did like my chili relleno, the egg wasn't burnt but did lack flavor. The beans seemed to be just out of a can with nothing added to them. The rice was mild and again needed salt. I don't know if we will come back unless it's with our small children as the flavor profile suits them."

"This place is fantastic. Not only was my enchilada platter phenomenal, my wife enjoyed her combination plate and the chorizo and Carnitas was seasoned to perfection. Salsa was fresh with robust cilantro and onions and I kid you not, our service was the fastest I?ve ever seen at a Mexican restaurant. I?d give this place 10 stars if I could, way to knock the first impression out of the ballpark. Thank you for a great evening and as a sidenote, the house margaritas were absolutely excellent."

"This place should have nothing under 5 stars. I came here yesterday for the first time but have been wanting to come here for the past year. It's very quaint/small. But has a real homey vibe to it. I can't remember my server's name for the life of me but she was phenomenal. Hands down some of the best service I have ever had. She explained the menu to us and some key points about some of the selections. Everything sounds so good.They have a sweet side to the menu as well as a savory side to the menu. We acted for savory that day. I had got the compassion burrito, My friend got the biscuits and gravy. My burrito made my eyes roll into the back of my head and experience A food gasm. Yes it really was that good. And the size of this burrito has to be the size of at least 2 burritos from Chipotle. It was $16 and 1 dollar is donated to a child charity. I will be back to try the entire menu. Great prices, great food and great staff!!!"
