"It was a beautiful evening when I was walking on the Independence Square and I decided I needed a Margarita. El Pico was open and looked inviting so I went inside. I was greeted by a young, friendly waitress who agreed to sit me outside and let me sip an adult beverage while my kids were playing Pokemon go. She also gave me a basket of chips and salsa and let me enjoy the night air. I will be back to try their food next time."

I ordered chicken fajitas. The chicken was moist, delicious, and plentiful! The vegetables were cut and cooked nicely. I enjoyed the homemade chips salsa. Nice dining experience.

The chorizo nachos and chorizo burrito were absolutely fantastic! The chips were really tasty. Our waiter provided exceptional service, refilling our drinks before we even realized they were running low.

This is a fantastic little Mexican restaurant located in the charming Independence, MO Square. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and attentive! I will definitely return for more!

The menu is small, but we were very pleased with out dinner. We went with a party of 12 and they were very accommodating. It is definitely one of those hole in wall type places. My favorite kind of places lol. I didn 't not have one, however my buddy loved their margaritas.

Absolutely delicious! I left completely stuffed. The salsa was fantastic, and the food was outstanding. The service was exceptional as well. Our server, Stephanie, was incredibly kind and genuine. This was my first visit, but it certainly won't be my last. Tremendous experience! Excellent!
