"I’ll begin with the food: the bread was served far too cold. I ordered the chicken parmigiana with ziti, but the ziti sauce was excessively watered down, and the pasta itself was undercooked. Now, regarding the service, our waitress had nearly 2-inch acrylic nails adorned with gems. I have concerns about health code regulations, as I worry that the gems could potentially fall into the food. Additionally, the service was lackluster; she didn’t come across as welcoming and made us feel more like a nuisance than valued customers. As a dog lover with a pet of my own, I generally support bringing dogs to places, but allowing one in an indoor-only restaurant is just unacceptable. I was shocked when our server permitted a young couple to sit inside with a long-haired Pomeranian. This dog was not only roaming under their table but was also being passed back and forth over the table where we were eating. To make matters worse, the dog shook itself off, sending hair flying everywhere – and we were sitting right next to them! Our food was already out, and we were desperately trying to ignore the situation while wanting to leave as quickly as possible. It was evident that the server knew this couple, which only compounded my frustration that such behavior was tolerated. I’ve dined here before and often called in for pizza, but after this experience, I don’t think I can return. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and the disregard for proper dining etiquette."

"Previously this taco bell really likes and they are almost always friendly, but recently it seems that they can get nothing right. recently (so that I type this), I placed a mobile order. first they gave me another command. that wasn't much of a problem, as they turned it off quickly and commanded me after they got back in. my friend discovered, however, that they have left a quesarito and a coveted five layer. I then returned a second time to get the articles that were missing. that was also not a problem and they were very friendly to give me the missing article quickly. that would not have caused that assessment from me. what made it happen when we started eating. we found out that the one fleshy 5-layer they originally gave us was actually not a fleshy 5-layer. it was rather a quesarito, which was not roasted at all, full of salate and was wrapped in a fleshy 5-layer wrapper. to add this, none of the instructions for matching in the mobile order have actually been followed. I always command without dead. but all my articles had a lot of tomato. also the one actual fleshy five layer we were given was made very bad. I enjoy this taco bell often, but this type of dingen has happened almost every time I recently went to her. Not to mention the taco bell app does not make it easy to complain or get a refund for something wrong. I hope they improve, but I probably won't come back."

"While the weather was extremely hot outside, the restaurant provided umbrellas to shield us from the sun, and they even equipped our table with small fans for additional comfort. Despite the fans, it eventually became too warm to remain outdoors. However, the staff promptly moved us to the first available table indoors that could accommodate our group, which we greatly appreciated. This venue is perfect for a date night, and I recommend making reservations if you wish to sit downstairs with a water view, as it often appears to be in demand when I pass by. Since we plan to return with more friends, we inquired about group space and took a look upstairs before leaving. There’s a fantastic area up there that seems capable of hosting around 50 people or more. The restaurant is very family and pet-friendly, featuring ample outdoor seating. Our waitress, Renee, was attentive and accommodating. I truly admire her patience, as there were eight of us ordering various food and drinks. She took the time to explain the menu items, made excellent recommendations, and consistently checked in to ensure we were happy, maintaining a smile throughout, despite the likely stress of handling our large party. Everything we ordered was delicious and fresh; we shared two seafood towers and nearly every appetizer on the menu. By the time we finished our starters, we were quite full. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was admirable, with tables being wiped down promptly after customers left. As for kid-friendliness, this restaurant is definitely a great option for families, as I noticed several families dining there. In terms of parking, there is ample space available, although it can be quite a walk from the parking lot to the restaurant, which may pose a challenge for those with mobility issues. The park surrounding the restaurant has many parking options, including a new bridge leading from the other side that offers closer access to the waterfront. There is also plenty of accessible parking for wheelchairs in the park."

"I ordered food for pick up at 1040am, arrived at the store (close to 11am. I tried going inside their store to pick up my order but it was locked. I was the only person at that time picking up an order. The guy (server) saw me and I said pick up so he can unlock the door for me (unsure if he heard what I said cause he was inside the store) He looked at the other lady (might be the manager) checking if it 's okay to let me in but the lady gestured for me to drive around. I went back to my car and went to the drive thru. There were two cars before me and I had to wait more than 10 minutes just to get my order even when I already told them again in the drive thru that I was there to only pick up my order. When I got my order I saw a car parked in front of their store and a customer coming out of the store getting her pick up order . I felt discriminated given that they let the other customer come in but they had me drive around and wait for my order at the drive thru. They should treat customers equally. It 's posted on their door that door is open for mobile orders but I don 't understand why they didn 't let me in to just pick my order up. I told them the second time in the drive thru that I 'm just there to pick up my order but they still had me wait in line when my order was ready from the start. That was really a terrible customer service and experience, definitely defeats the purpose of pick up order.
