"I’ll begin with the food: the bread was served far too cold. I ordered the chicken parmigiana with ziti, but the ziti sauce was excessively watered down, and the pasta itself was undercooked. Now, regarding the service, our waitress had nearly 2-inch acrylic nails adorned with gems. I have concerns about health code regulations, as I worry that the gems could potentially fall into the food. Additionally, the service was lackluster; she didn’t come across as welcoming and made us feel more like a nuisance than valued customers. As a dog lover with a pet of my own, I generally support bringing dogs to places, but allowing one in an indoor-only restaurant is just unacceptable. I was shocked when our server permitted a young couple to sit inside with a long-haired Pomeranian. This dog was not only roaming under their table but was also being passed back and forth over the table where we were eating. To make matters worse, the dog shook itself off, sending hair flying everywhere – and we were sitting right next to them! Our food was already out, and we were desperately trying to ignore the situation while wanting to leave as quickly as possible. It was evident that the server knew this couple, which only compounded my frustration that such behavior was tolerated. I’ve dined here before and often called in for pizza, but after this experience, I don’t think I can return. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and the disregard for proper dining etiquette."

"Let me start off by saying that this was thee worst, poor customer service, and meal I have EVER received from this so-called Old School BBQ joint If I could give this place a 0-star rating...I would!! I ordered $40 worth of bbq and received $0 worth of nothing! We ordered two of the 2-meat combo with double sides, a side salad and extra green beans. The chicken was undercooked, the beef brisket was tough, over done, burnt and dried out, the corn fritters were overly deep fried, the Mac cheese was gummie and the baked beans and texas toasted was scorched and charred as well. The pics absolutely does NOT do the taste of this piece of trash justice. Then when I called to speak to the manager, which I ended up speaking to the owner in training and I informed him of the situation and tht I had frequently been there before and had never had this poor of service or quality of food. Instead of him apologizing for the food and service, he blames it on me and states tht the food may have been dry b/c of of it sitting, waiting for me to pick it up I then politely informed him tht I literally live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant and the lady on the phone told me tht it wld take 20 minutes before it was ready. Still hoping to get some type of resolution he then asked me what is it tht I wanted him to do abt it. I informed him tht I wanted a credit of some sort and he said, Yes, sure And then informed him tht we had eaten part of the meals and he said tht was fine just bring the food back and I wld get my refund. I asked him wht time they closed and he said 9pm. To top things off I called back to find out if my refund wld be in the form of a credit voucher or the way I paid and he insulted me by saying tht, it wld only make common sense to be refunded for only the uneaten portions of food and tht I wld only get my money back for tht even after I had already told him tht the food was partly eaten and he said tht was ok to still bring it back. He made it seem like I was clueless and stupid and he made sure tht I knew tht he was not going to honor wht he said. I then asked if there was someone higher than him tht I cld speak to and he told me, No...only his mom, who is the owner and tht she was not going to be as generous as he. He then told me tht, I was no longer welcomed to his place of business anymore even though I spend more than $40-50 on one meal a week in their establishment. Go figure! I will definitely NEVER recommend this place, especially for the price....given the customer service satisfaction is not worth it, its actually WORTHLESS!"

"Once again, I wish I had taken some pictures because the scramble was absolutely stunning. They still offer the burrito-style option, but you have to request it. I adore the service here. You can come in, enjoy a fantastic meal, and leave satisfied, with leftovers for later. The portions are generous, and the food tastes truly homemade. This is breakfast at its finest. Just know that everything I've ever tried from their menu has been amazing."

"I ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes w/ Bacon and Coffee. It was so delicious and honestly didn't need maple syrup. My bacon was cooked soft by request, just how I like it! My Husband ordered the Sausage Gravy Biscuits, Scrambled Eggs w/ mushrooms cheese, cheesy grits and Coffee. He also enjoyed all of his breakfast. Our server was so sweet and attentive! The manager was also very active on the floor helping to run food, bus tables, checking on customers, etc which was so nice to see. It was clear that this was a restaurant where a lot of local residents frequent and I understand why! Will definitely come back again."

"Great vibe, great space and great music. Lydia is the best bartender. Good food selection (they even have salads! . Drinks are well priced and well poured. Ladies are allowed to dance on the bar. Looking forward to midget wrestling night!"
