"The food was incredible! Our family sampled six different sandwiches, all of which were fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly. We had our grandchild's Great Dane with us and initially planned to take our food to go. However, they graciously served us outside and even offered water for the dog without us asking. Their customer service truly exceeded our expectations! We will definitely return."

"Vickie was an amazing server. She 's been at the restaurant for 14 years. Her care for the restaurant and her customers really showed. All of our dinners were delicious. We had a hard time picking from the 4 fish options and that 's when Vickie told us about the Fisherman 's Dinner . All of the fish was cooked to perfection. The portions were huge on every plate. It was as delicious as it all looks. My family of 9 all walked away with full bellies and leftovers. We only wish we would 've saved room for dessert. If you are in the area you should definitely stop by!"

"It doesn't matter if i dine in or carry out, the food is always beyond fantastic, full of flavor, hot, and very quickly ready. I have been to Chinese restaurants in Ann Arbor, Chicago, Lansing, Grand Blanc, Marquette and many more and this place at the end of the shopping area on the main street has the best Chinese food around. I cannot stress enough how crisp and fresh the food is. If you are in the mood for a little snack or a good fulfilling lunch or dinner then this is the place. The prices are reasonable and you certainly get a good portion for your money. If you are just passing by it is worth it, and i do like items at BK on US2, just keep going into town, turn onto onto South Cedar Street and head down a few blocks and you'll see it on the right. Enjoy the food and the great service, Open 7 days a week in the summer and 6 days a week in the winter. Enjoy and happy dining."

"Absolutely! It's great to see more vegetarian options in the bustling city of Manistique. While we might not have a McDonald's (and thank goodness for that!), we do have Clyde's. Following a plant-based diet can be tough, especially when faced with poorly made meat substitutes. However, their new veggie burger is genuinely delicious. Whether you choose a plant-based diet for health, environmental concerns, or ethical reasons regarding animal treatment, Clyde's veggie burger is a delightful treat at their authentic drive-in on the west side of town."

"We arrived for lunch around 1:40 PM and received a warm welcome, despite the fact that they close at 2:00 PM on most days. The menu featured an array of sandwiches and salads, all with a delightful twist that made them stand out. My husband and I had trouble choosing, so we opted for different dishes to share. Both were absolutely delicious. We also shared a caramel pecan sticky bun that was simply divine. We’ll definitely make it a point to stop by whenever we're in the area."

"I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The Frisch Big Boy locations in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area often suffer from poor management and are frequently short-staffed. I've noticed that waitstaff there often express dissatisfaction with their pay and working conditions. However, the Frisch Big Boy in Manistique was a completely different experience. Our waitress, Nina, was exceptional. It was clear that she loves her job, and her enthusiasm really shone through. The breakfast was excellent as well. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a fantastic dining experience."

"The fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp is absolutely to die for! The Alfredo sauce has a slight sweetness that I found delightful, giving it a unique flavor. It was thick and creamy—so delicious! The shrimp were large, fresh, and cooked to perfection. I finished my plate in just a few minutes. The portion seemed small when it was first served, but the dish is actually quite deep, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was packed for dinner, even on a weeknight. They have a fantastic selection of craft beers, but honestly, Mr. Manager, the beer list on the screens is nearly impossible to read! Trust me, if you go, you’ll see what I mean…"

"During my recent trip to the city, I stayed overnight and was hesitant to eat here after reading the reviews. However, I decided to give it a chance. I ordered an Impossible burger without cheese and mayo, and I anticipated that my specific requests would be ignored based on what I'd read. To my pleasant surprise, they fulfilled my order exactly as I asked. My partner also ordered a drink, and the staff member was courteous and very helpful while accommodating our requests. The service was excellent. The only reason I rated them a 4 instead of a 5 was that the employee we interacted with was not wearing a mask. Despite that, everything else was great, and the staff member was quite pleasant."

"First off it's hit or miss with food even at your own table. Like another review said the fish was soggy it was on special when we went so I thought hey it should be fresh and not like the review so I gave it a try. Negative even when not busy which we were the only table other then some people sitting at the bar the fish still wasn't good they couldn't figure out how to fry up fish I guess. As far as the service it was pretty slow. It was an hour to close but the employees were more concerned about getting out of work then serving their tables and people at the bar. It went as far as another couple came in after we did and with more than 30 min till they close the flipped there outside sign to say closed even though there was still more time till they closed they just didn't want more customers coming in and that's pretty sad. And when we were there we had to fill out by hand yes by hand our credit card slip. The numbers our name ...... I can't think of the last time I've ever seen that done before so if you are concerned about your credit card info I wouldn't come here cause they say it happens often and if I would've known that we would've never came here."
