"The food at this restaurant is mostly outstanding, though there are times when the smoothies can be a bit too chunky, which isn't a major issue. However, the customer service could use some improvement. While there are a few friendly teenage boys taking orders, one girl stands out for her disappointing demeanor. She seems to be there every time I visit, possibly as a manager or shift leader. Sporting glasses and usually wearing her hair in a ponytail, she consistently lacks enthusiasm when interacting with customers. Each time I place an order, she appears almost repulsed at the need to engage with me. My family has also noticed her negative attitude, particularly when ordering smoothies. On one occasion, my order wasn't ready when I arrived, and her tone made it clear that she was indifferent to my situation and wouldn’t prioritize my order. This girl's attitude is a significant downside to the restaurant, especially considering the otherwise decent service from the rest of the staff."
