Loved it. Both classical rose milk tea and peppermint milk tea were amazing. The flavors weren't overpowering and was just right. It's now our go to place.

Always come here when the kids are craving for bubble tea and pop chicken. Chicken was always good. Staff could be a bit more friendly. They are okay, but needs more positive vibes I think. They have a table outdoor with no chairs, but you could just stand and enjoy your tea. Visualizza piatti

It was self service with a tablet to select and customize our drinks, it does not update when items are out of stock, but the staff working the beverages are on top of offering substitutes right away to get you in and out easily. Great beverage selection, the Royal Tea options are worth the trip ?

The music was too loud for my liking and made it difficult for me to hear other guests. I felt that one lady was annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself. The basil chicken was undercooked and chewy, and the tea had too much ice and not enough boba pearls. Additionally, I did not experience any incident mentioned by the owner in their response to my review. I suggest that the owner takes responsibility for their actions instead of blaming customers.

The honey peach royal tea is incredibly flavorful, with a depth that seems to have been aged to perfection. The strawberry lemonade is more like a delicious blend of juices, with a unique and enjoyable taste. The popcorn chicken is absolutely delicious, reaching a level of excellence that could cause a seizure of joy. I've tried a drink from here and their popcorn chicken a while back so I was excited to try it again, but the drink was super disappointing. The tea tasted watered down and the pearls were really bad; they were literally either hard in the middle or completely mushy... Zero chewiness and they tasted like they had been left from overnight. Drink 2/10 The shop was almost empty with only one person making the drinks. I ordered from a kiosk and the drink came out quickly, too bad it was disgusting. But the two times I had their popcorn chicken from before that was really good.

I used to really enjoy the popcorn chicken at this restaurant. Last Monday, I ordered 3 servings and was excited to try them. However, to my disappointment, all of the pieces tasted sour. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times but they never answered, and when I tried to email them, I was informed that their mailbox was full. When I went to the store in person to address the issue, they claimed that the sour taste was normal and refused to provide a refund. I was left feeling extremely let down and will not be returning. I used to love their popcorn chicken a lot. I ordered 3 of them last Monday, and I was so excited when I got them. When I tasted one of it, it turned SOUR. Then I tried 3 pieces from each box, and they were ALL SOUR. I tried to call and find out what was going on, but they never pick the phone up, though I called for almost 10 times. Then I tried to emailed them, the email notification said the mail box was full so I cannot reach them. At the end I went back to the store and asked them about the situation, they didn’t even look or smell, just told me that “this is normal, we replace the chicken every THREE days so there’s no chance the chicken is expired”.
