"We dined at Ke-uH during our last visit to Miami and were excited to return. Unfortunately, our second experience was terrible. We arrived on time and were seated quickly, but we waited 25 minutes for a waiter. When our server finally came, he mentioned that he was managing many tables outside and would do his best to assist us. We ordered appetizers and drinks, which arrived, but then we didn’t see him again, and our table wasn’t cleared. After getting up to find him, we managed to place our dinner order. The manager came over to explain that he was busy with several tables outside. She brought our food, but we didn’t see either of them again after that. When we asked for the check, our waiter rushed us, saying he needed to hurry because he had a large table waiting (we were just a party of four). It completely ruined our evening and the dining experience. We expected much more from Ke-uH. It was a complete disappointment."
