"during this visit I avoid tomato and asked the server that had no tomato sauce. they made sure that they understood my question, then showed a whole series of pizzas that did not have tomato sauce, including their personal favorites. I was amazed. I got the roasted garlic chicken pizza that was very good. high brands for the product, variety and service. parking is easy. we decided to sit inside instead of outside as it was a warm day."

"I've visited this restaurant multiple times over the past few years while traveling from Fullerton to Oceanside. The staff has always been friendly and has efficiently taken care of my orders. During my most recent visit, I unexpectedly arrived just a minute before closing time, but I was there to redeem some rewards stars I had earned. Thankfully, I was able to complete my transaction without any issues and just had to pay the difference in the total amount."

"When we arrived at 6:30 pm, we were the only occupied table in the restaurant, and in spite of hte waiter greeting us warmly and tgelling us about the hapy hour prices good until 7:00 pm, the waiter promptly disappreared and did not reappread. I finally went looking for him and got him to take our drink order. Then we waited and waited for someone ot take our food order, so I finally went looking for our waiter, found a busboy, and asked him to send someone over, this is how the whole evening went, and I finally had enough when I couldn't get a water refill after two requests and 20 minutes waiting. I sought out the manager and told her that we had a subpar experience with the service, especially for the the very high prices $19-28 per plate for Indian food which did NOT include even rice), and she responded by telling me it was my fault because I didn't seek her out earlier, when she had not been present until a few m oment before I tracked her down. This whole thing ended up in my daughter whose birthday we were celebrating leaving the restaurant without even saying goodbye, because she was uncomfortable."

"This is not your typical fast Asian food restaurant in a strip mall. It is a charming, family-owned establishment that I really enjoy. The food is consistently delicious and reasonably priced. The service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, perfect for a casual meal. I have dined in and gotten take-out, both experiences have been fantastic. Their take-out app is top-notch. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try, you may end up becoming a regular customer."

"This restaurant is drive-thru only, which isn't great for delivery drivers in large trucks. If you're not willing to assist customers inside, this might not be the right job for you in the food industry! COVID shouldn't be an excuse for poor service. I've visited other Jack In The Box locations that have already returned to normal operations."

"This place clearly has the ability to be great and we wanted to love it, but the food and overall experience was just Meh.... Service was slow and it took a while to get our food. They must have been short staffed and needed to buss tables but no one was around to do so. Fries and appetizers were the best part but the burger was not as good as we were expecting based on other reviews. Also, my daughter ordered a BLT with no avocado due to an allergy and it took three times for them to finally get it correct and the rest of us were finished by the time she finally got her food. They did give us a free dessert due to the error but unfortunately the bread pudding came out cold and not prepared properly. However, at this point, we weren't going to say another word ? I am going to give the benefit of the doubt and chalk this experience up to the restaurant having a bad night. Hopefully if we go back it will be a better experience."

"Our family and friends love to eat here! Chef/owner and Okie Dokie Restaurant team makes this Japanese restaurant in Tustin so special and welcoming in our community! A regular customer for many years, and always a joy to be back. Everything on the menu is so delicious and the flavors authentic. Restaurant was newly renovated and looks bright and clean! We like the comfortable ambiance and pub food menu. Highly recommend their handmade noodles! The soba and Nebayaki udon is always a personal favorite to order. The udon noodles are so chewy and cooked just right. The broth is hot and rich in flavor. Also recommend ordering a side dish like Gyoza ? , fried octopus, grilled squid, and/or one of their popular sushi/rolls. Always pairs well with the noodle dishes. We will definitely be back again soon! ????? Vegetarian options: Variety of Salads and vegetarian options on the menu Parking: It was easy to find and park. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly fo all ages Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to park and wheelchair accessible"

"When we just want to be comfy and have a nicely served meal, we think of Citrus Cafe. It is 'local ' and kind of unique in that they have a private dining room, a bustling breakfast and lunch crowd and a steady, if lighter dinner crowd and booths where you can feel cozy and actually hear one another better. This gives us a safety net when needing a quick go-to for dinner! Fun for a foursome on a date night. Not pretentious, but they 're serious about their food and their servers are typically warm, friendly, capable and most helpful! They even serve a classic liver and onions ...which is a fave of a dear friend who says Citrus Cafe 's liver is always primo! So, in short, this was another tasty and enjoyable dinner with a smiling and helpful server at our beckon call."

"I've loved Noahs since they first started in Irvinea long time ago. That place closed down and this one opened. They have an expansive menu, lots of coupons and deals, and alwaysserve you with a smile. They could expand their outdoor seating to make it more comfortable, but I do also like to sit inside. If you are the friendly type, and you just by chanceshow up close to 2:00 p.m. , the nice manager might offer you a five finger discount if he hastoo many bagels for the next day. Only happenson a rare occasion, but wonderful when it does. May I suggest keeping the place open all day, offering more sandwich type bagel sandwiches, and building a patio outside with some shade?Offer free wifi and lots of iced coffee and some boba drinks? Make Noahs the place to go."

"The food was delicious! I started with the artichoke appetizer and then had the tomato basil pasta, both cooked to perfection. I would definitely return to sample more dishes. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was Italian-inspired, which I didn’t expect from the name. The bread served was also tasty! I did rate it a four because we were charged for the bread that was brought to our table. It wasn't a huge deal, but I assumed it was complimentary like at other restaurants, and I felt a bit taken aback by the misunderstanding. Overall, it’s a great new addition to our restaurant list!"

"Everything went great. Cleanliness My only issue during my visit was that we were given a table that was not cleaned yet. We notified our waitress and she took care of it. Food I got the Ensenada Chicken platter w/ side of broccoli. Super delicious. My dining partner got the smokehouse brisket burger w/ side of fries. It was delicious. Service I did not get a chance to get the name of our waitress but she was great. Thank you for having us."

"On Wednesday, 7/13 at 5:30 p.m., everything was not so busy. The waitress was distracted. When she brought my dinner, there was no sour cream and guacamole. I asked her about it, and she said she'd check if she should have both. It took her quite awhile coming back with both. I asked her about a lemonade when she brought my dinner and she came back with a water. She didn't even wait until we were near the food to bring us the bill, nor did she come back to see if we wanted any refills on our drinks or something else after they brought us the bill. Since it was my birthday, I got a free flame and it was super small."

"Had a 6:00 reservation for 4 people. Arrived at 6:00 exactly and we were seated for a birthday celebration. The restaurant was not full at that time maybe halfway. At 6:25 when we had not been greeted yet by a server we asked to please have someone come to the table. A few minutes later our server arrived and took our drink order. After 15 mins and we had not received our drink order yet, so we left the restaurant. We had been there and seated for a total of 40 mins without any drinks, or orders taken. It was disgraceful as my sister had gotten there early and decorated the table. They knew we were coming but paid no attention at all. Will not go back."

"After 4 years of picking up food here, today, I am met with my first case of discrimination at this location. After being confronted by Alex , (the employee at the pickup shelf) I briefly show my phone with the name of my order, I vaguely keep mydistance from him as he gets uncomfortably close, he then states, Yea, you don 't have to back up like that in a sarcastichostile manner. Astonished, I asked him to repeat himself, the manager just then appears, Alex lies and changes his wordscompletely and says, I could not see your phone . It 's come to my attention, that because I took a step back when he confrontedme too closely, he took this personal and responded in a very abusive-like way. What made this scenario much worse, is thehorrible response and attitude of the manager, Jose Lorenzo Hernandez. Speaking to Jose was impossible as he persistentlytalked over me, telling me I was at fault because I had backed up. I repeatedly told Jose that he witnessed the last half of thealtercation unknowingly, and he continued to badger and talk over me with zero respect and haste, unwilling to hear what I hadto say. I have seen Jose at this location over a four year span, and expected nothing less than how I was treated. Alex 'sbehavior is inexcusable, but what concerns me is the managers inability to rectify the situation. It seems Jose has gotten waytoo comfortable with his position, and really hope the franchisee can see to these two individuals. Unfortunately, I am plaguedwith situations where I am mistreated by employees that have serious mental deficiencies and aren 't addressed. I hope no one hasto go through unnecessary situations such as mine, and can at least expect a satisfactory consumer experience."

"The reason we had dinner at the Crab Cooker in Tustin is we didn't have to drive to Newport. Our dinner was excellent albeit the portions were quite a bit smaller and the prices were higher--but the bowls of Clam Chowder, the Combination Shrimp and Crab Cocktail, and the Combination Plates, were delicious, as were the coleslaw and Romano mashed potatoes. We will be back soon--thank you Tustin Crab Cooker for an excellent meal"

"The ramen at this restaurant is a good deal for lunch. For just $1 extra, you can add a roll to your meal. The Donkotsu ramen broth was flavorful and the noodles were chewy. However, the dish was a bit bland and I had to add some salt. The service was good and the atmosphere was pleasant. I recommend trying the Black Ramen. Overall, a decent option for a meal priced between $10 and $20 per person."

"My partner and I have a monthly tradition of going to Oliboli to try out their new seasonal donut flavors. They are consistently tasty and always offer a unique twist (such as the Pizza donut with house-made ranch or the Thanksgiving leftover donut). Oliboli is our favorite place to get donuts in Orange County, and we hope they bring back more of their bumbleberry cake donut in the future! The service is efficient for take-out orders."

"This is long overdue. I went here when I was pregnant (I told the waitress I was pregnant and was very hungry) and ordered a shake with my breakfast meal. After asking twice about the meal, the waiter kept saying it would be on its way. After a family of 4 sat down and got their meals within minutes from ordering I went to ask the waitress about my food again. She said others were mad at her too, that their food was taking long but that the cook was working on my pancakes. It had been over an hour. So i just asked for my bill (strawberry milkshake), paid and left. I cried because I was so hungry and did not get my food nor did I feel like I mattered as a customer. So since then, I?m no longer going there!"

"The French breakfast offered a delightful variety, including garlic sautéed Brussels sprouts, eggs, a croissant, butter, jam, fresh fruit, French fries, and a unique dipping sauce whose flavor I couldn't quite identify. The omelets were fantastic, and all the portions were generous. However, the highlight for me was the cheese ice cream—it was simply delicious. As I appreciate strong coffee, the Turkish coffee was a treat and made a lasting impression for my first visit. The Poacha was fluffy, though a bit denser than I preferred. Overall, it was a great experience, so much so that I returned today to try more items from the menu. I indulged in honey and latte cake, Baklava, and a BLT sandwich with a cortado. I’m really happy that this place is conveniently located near my job and home!"
