"We love Bibingers! I come every few months with hubs and kiddo and we have never had bad service or a bad meal. It's great that the menu changes. Even if I have an entree I don't love, you can tell the quality is good and the price/quality match is perfect. On the website it says ingredients are local and food made from scratch (haven't verified but it does certainly seem like it! Menu is small which we all like. Cheese curds are great with homemade ranch. We all love the brussels sprouts. Seasonal entres are always great. Lots of great drink options. Mixed drinks are always good and some of the BEST old fashioneds- the cream city is a must and they usually have a special that changes. Nice selection of tap beers as well. The atmosphere is great. It has a nice vibe inside. Aesthetics are darker (but not too dark with a lot of wood. Tables and chairs are comfortable with enough room between tables. It can get a little loud when it's full, but we've never had problems having a conversation. It feels really relaxed and homey and no one rushes you out the door. The manager/owner (we assume comes around to check on tables. Servers are never bad and there are some that go above and beyond to help you feel welcome and have a good time. It can be hard these days to know you'll always have a great experience dining out, so Bibingers is one of our most favorite restaurants! Vegetarian options: There is usually a vegetarian option on the menu. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome and there is a kid's menu."

"The Brazen Head Pub is located in West Bend, WI was neat and clean 90 minutes into the lunch session. This place is essentially a narrow bar with seating for couples along the opposite wall and enough room to walk from the front to the back kitchen area to pick up your takeout orders. It was pleasant for lunch. I’m not confident there is enough to do other than drink to make it worth going there after dinner. The “Good” … 1-The burger patty was grilled to a tasty medium-well. 2- the Patty was supposed to be a 1/2 pound burger and I believe it truly was 1/2 pound as it extended out well beyond the edges of the bun! 3- This month’s “fries of the month” were garlic Parmesan fries… Which were a nice change from standard french fries. The “Needs Improvement “ … 1- I told the bartender or whoever answered the phone for my order that I was a first time customer… And as it turns out according to the website, when a customer orders a BYOB (build your own burger I should’ve been asked which of three types of burger buns (brioche, pretzel or rye bread . Options were never offered which turned out to be a bit of a disappointment as I really would’ve liked to try the rye bread. 2- I requested barbecue sauce on my nearly $16 burger and I only had three bites where I could taste barbecue sauce. 3- for most folks this last one is minor, but when serving seasoned fries, the fries should be put into the carryout container first and the burger last… The staff at this bar/restaurant put the burger in first as my entire top half of the bun was covered with the garlic Parmesan fallout from adding the fries afterwards. It became a problem when my daughter tried the fries and wasn’t a fan. (although I was and when she found the garlic Parmesan sprinkles all over her sandwich, it was hard for her to enjoy it because you couldn’t get all of the garlic particle flavors off the bun."

"Very crowded. Loud. Maybe 18 tables and hardly any room to walk. I don't recommend someone coming that's in a wheelchair. Floor was uneven and hard to walk on. Very tight walk ways. Hard not to walk into someone else. Ceiling definitely needed repair. As well as I spilled my water and no one stopped to help at all. Noticed some staff saw and didn't even offer to grab paper towels. Thankfully we had a few napkins there. Which is why I am giving it 2 stars. Wish there were bigger windows a view to the woods or water. But there wasn't. Food my husband got the fish, he said it was good... I enjoyed the cheese curds, a bit pricy. Rest of the food... was good EXCEPT for the filet mignon... That was DRY VERY over cooked. Both my daughter I got it we were highly disappointed but hungry. Waitress asked if we would like her to do something but I was already over half way done eating it and she was looking to take my whole plate, so I said no. I was surprised that there was nothing taken off the meal though for the overcooked food. Ever eat dry steak? You need a sauce or drink to go with it... Well drinks weren't filled as much as I'd have liked. I drink lots of water and with that, it was hard but having it available when we ran out. Was not bad, but the steak was disappointing and you can't really have a conversation unfortunately. First time that's happened for us at a super club."

"We had arrived in West Bend after an all day ride through Illinois and to our final destination here in Wisconsin the last 200 miles being in rain, and falling temperatures near the end. We were soaked, cold, and hungry. After a fresh dry set of clothes we decided to find a place to eat. I discovered this place on Yelp. It sounded good so we decided to go. It was still raining so I found us an Uber ride and away we went. I thought this place was pretty cool because of several things. Once we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile; seating was down the stairs to a large open room with a long bar and a multitude of tables and seats; the decor was a lot of wood and it made me feel immediately comfortable. A great start! Our server was Jadye. She was very polite, friendly and helpful. She explained the specials, and the different drinks. When I inquired about an amber ale she let me try their Main Street Amber Ale . It was a winner and so that was my chosen drink of the night. For my meal I ordered their wings 6 Mango Habanero and 6 Thai Chili. We also split some beer battered cheese curds. Everything was delicious with a special shout out to Wisconsin cheese curds! I had never had cheese curds before and these were spectacular!! Jayde checked on us throughout our meal and when she learned that we had ridden from Florida to Milwaukee for HD 's 120th Homecoming she offered some great suggestions we might like to check out. Excellent wings, amazing cheese curds, great drinks, superb service, and comfortable surroundings made for a very enjoyable time to finish a long day. Check this place out!"

"If you have yet to attend this restaurant; you're in for a pleasant treat upon your first visit. My wife and I got together with several friends and had a dinner reservation for 5 people. We were imediately greeted by a lovely hostess and promptly shown toour seats where the place settings were neatly laid out. Our waitress who was very sweet and well mannered presented us withmenus, warm fluffy bread, and poured each of us ice water from a glass decanter. For those of you who enjoy a drink, there are aplethora of wines and imported beers, as well as a very elegantly laid out bar with several charismatic barkeepers that havebeen great conversation during our visits. While taking our order the waitstaff kindly answered questions regarding the menu. Weordered the prushetta as an app, the chicken, salmon, and the dry-aged bone-in ribeye. We were presented with the main dishesafter finishing the pruchetta. Each dish was plated beautifully. After dinner Wes Krimmer the chef and owner of theestablishment walked out to the dining room in a clean white coat, stopping at our table for a very pleasent conversation. Hetook the time to give us a tour of the project under way being a wine room, a larger dining ares, and a large outdoor patiowhere we learned that Mr. Krimmer is not only the man preparing food but also the one responsable for the renovations you see inhis establishment. Krimmers has been an exceptional addition to Down Town West Bend."

"To start, I noticed the pepper paste on the table and politely asked if I could try it in a dish. I love gochujang, especially when it's homemade! However, the owner kept asking questions and seemed a bit frustrated that I just wanted to sample it. My household enjoys a lot of Korean and Asian cuisine, so I was eager to explore. Eventually, they kindly offered me a small plate of the paste. I found the brat dumplings to be just okay; they were served in broth, but the dumpling wrappers were so thin that they fell apart easily, resulting in mostly just brat filling— I wouldn’t recommend those! On a brighter note, the ramen was delicious! However, in my home, we typically prepare fried ramen, which is how I grew up. I enjoyed mixing it with spices on my plate, but one of the owners seemed a bit annoyed by how I was eating my meal and questioned me about the broth. I assured them there was absolutely nothing wrong with the broth—it was excellent! But when I explained my usual way of enjoying ramen, they walked away looking displeased. The other owner who was serving us was playful and fun but made it clear in a joking manner that he didn’t like me, even calling me an a**hole in jest. I believe that business owners should never use that kind of language with customers, even in a joking context. Overall, the food and ambiance were fantastic, but the interactions with the owners made the experience a little off-putting. I also want to mention that many of their beverages were out of stock, which felt reminiscent of a Gordon Ramsay show where a lot of the menu items weren’t available. This left us with very limited options."
