Great place, really enjoyed the environment. Great service and the food was amazing. They made my girlfriend and I great margarita and we added pineapples and jalapeños to the cold cut grinder and it was absolutely delicious! We visited this restaurant, and it was an amazing experience! I had the Alfredo, and my girlfriend had the Carbonara—both dishes were incredibly delicious. Wife and I went yesterday for lunch, the pesto bread sticks were delicious, the Acropolis Supreme pizza was absolutely phenomenal. Our server was amazing and the manager came table side before we finished our meal and was very friendly. We had a great time on our lunch date, nice little romantic dine in experience. 100% will be returning. Excellent 10/10. Food: 5

My 8 year old loves Italian so I happen to end up here by searching “Italian” on my maps. It was hands down the best grinder sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered the veggie grinder with turkey. My son ordered the cheese pizza and it was obvious the dough was handmade. We found out that the dough is a sourdough base that they let rise for 24 hours. This was our first time to Acropolis Pizza and Pasta. Elizabeth was our greeter and server. She was prompt, very friendly and did a great job. She would check in on us, asking how things were, if we would like more water, or anything else. The food came out in a very timely manner, hot, fresh, and delicious! We were very pleased. Acropolis is one of the few places that has free meals during your birthday month. The gyros and grinders are decent enough. That 's where the pros end. The pasta dishes, while sometimes having olives and fresh tomatoes, are underfilled and very bland. The pizza has literally zero browning on top and tastes like a pizza hut clone at Michelin-rated pizza prices. A woman a few tables over claimed it was one of the best she 's had. Clearly the standards are low in Everett. Sure, take advantage of the offer. But if Acropolis wanted return customers, they would up their game.

this place is fantastic! for a more hole-in-the-wall location, the food is absolutely divine. our waitress was perfectly attentive and was very accommodating when I asked for a non-alcoholic version of a cocktail they have. it's on the moderately pricey end of things, but for the amount of food you get, the price is well worth it. I got the pesto chicken tortellini and my partner got the pesto chicken sandwich, and we were both barely able to finish half of our food! the chicken was slightly chewy, but as someone who has serious meat texture issues, I found it didn't take away from the overall taste of the food.
