"We arrived @10:45. Was told it was a 20 minute wait. waited 25 minutes to be seated. Ordered our food immediately. Waited 55 minutes watching table after table be served food. Some tables walked in 30 minutes after ours. We were given a lame excuse about the kitchen and how they organized their orders 10 minutes more pass and we called BS on their explanation. We were told that they would move us up to the front. 10 more minutes our food finally arrived. 1hr 45minutes. Given 20% off. I would have preferred the truth rather than a dishonest explanation and 20%. Unhappy Port Clinton Resident my wife even unhappier. Not sure why I left a 15% tip. An elderly couple sitting next of us watching it go down, were more upset than us. Seriously mistakes are made, the bigger mistake is the cover up explanation and a pathetic explanation that the kitchen allowed a 20% discount. LOL. Someone who doesn’t get upset easily."

We are SO happy we found this place! We were supposed to take the ferry over to Put in Bay but all ferries were cancelled due to weather. We decided to stay around here and happened upon this place. The food is delicious and the staff, owner and even guests are so nice and inviting. 10/10 recommend!

Came from out of town to have breakfast. Food was ok, but service was awful. Time wait for food was very long for not many people, waitress never came back to refill coffee. I ask for water and never brought it over. Had to ask the bus boy for water and he brought out our toast. Overall not a good experience
