"I just wanted to share a short but meaningful moment we had at Allison’s. We have been coming to Kennebunkport for quite a few years as it is a great gathering place for our family. We understand the strain on the service workers during their busiest time, but we appreciate their hard work as they all make our stay in Kennebunkport very special. We stopped in to Allison’s for a late lunch, our group consist of 12 people, so we always ask two tables. As we sat and enjoyed lunch, I struck up a quick conversation with a couple at another table that was wearing a Michigan State sweatshirt. I gave her the “Go Green, and she responded “Go White”. As they left we talked about our connections to the school and our stay in town. A few moments later the bar tender came up and said that Ashley the General Manager (who we struck the conversation up with) covered a round of drinks. We then proceeded to have a great conversation with him and the history of Allison’s. Point to all this…though these business are in the heat of there season, attending to all the guest that come and go, Ashley and the staff of Allison’s are the perfect example of why we continue to come back year after year, bringing our adult children, and their children."

Very delicious and filling! Good service in general, correct, fast and very kind. Lobster at the top! We didn't like the table at the door.

I have no idea why this restaurant has such high ratings! No one liked their food. Low quality ingredients with a junky feel. Much better options in town.

Great restaurant, reasonable prices, delicious food. We started out with an appetizer of steamed muscles which was divine! The lobster Mac and cheese is excellent. Highly recommend!

Sat in booth nearest to exist. The outside door slammed over and over shaking the booth with the entrance and exit of every customer. The lobster roll was over cooked and tasteless. Actually terrible, this is a Main Street tourist trap. 2 Lobster roll and a cup of chowder was $80.00. Don't be fooled by the reviews. Terrible and disappointing Reviews are glowing. Terrible
