The pizza was good for the delivery person poor bought a 3 item pizza plus delivery 15.00 dollars give the kid 40.00 and he proceeds to leave I asked him for change he asked how much you want back. I said I'm not giving you 25.00 tip was I wrong.

Ordered online for delivery, order went through, money came off my card. I get a call 20 min. later saying “We can’t deliver to you.” No explanation or anything. Also it takes 5-7 business days for the purchase to refund. Bad experience overall, great pizza, bad service.

We love Antonio’s pizza . We order delivery and it is always consistent and the pizza is very good . Growing up in NY it does not compare but for the Cleveland market it is very good . I was quoted a 35-40 minute wait for my fried chicken order. I arrived after 25 minutes and it was ready. However, the quality went downhill from there. The chicken was extremely overcooked, nearly burnt, and they had raised the price by more than $3. This used to be my go-to spot for roasted chicken, but after this experience, I am very hesitant to order from them again.

I ordered multiple pizzas for the office, with the delivery scheduled between 12:15 and 12:40. However, the pizza was 45 minutes late, despite being just down the road. The driver went to the wrong door, even though specific instructions were given to deliver near the baseball park. While the pizza was delicious, the poor delivery experience makes me hesitant to order from them again.

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious. However, after careful calculation, it seems that one green pepper is sold here for $48.12. That's quite expensive for just a medium-sized pepper. I was willing to pay $4 for extra pizza, but not for such a small portion of a green pepper. As a pizza manager myself, I find this pricing to be quite ridiculous. Tried Antonio's Pizzeria on Detroit Rd for the first time. Bella, bella, bella! The order was ready for pick up when we arrived and smelled amazing. They were so friendly kind to us. The pizza was delicious. The sausage and hand cut pepperoni taste amazing. The crust and sauce were great too. Two slices and I was full. Can't wait to eat more tomorrow! Thanks for great pizza and great service, we will be back.

If you pick up your order at the Avon location, make certain to inspect the pizza prior to leaving the store. We didn't and we regret it. The wait seemed excessive. The staff was loudly laughing and the management was interviewing work candidates in the dining area. The pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni was overcooked. The crust was deep brown, dry and very crisp. The pepperoni was dry and curled upwards; the flavor was terrible and the texture was very dry. We will neither return to nor recommend this business.

My family ordered from the Antonio’s on Chevy blvd for their late Christmas get together a few days ago. They placed the order on Tuesday for delivery at 7pm on Friday. The order was for a full sheet pizza with half pepperoni and half mushroom, a half tray of boneless wings (half garlic parm and half bbq) and a half tray of bone in wings (half garlic parm and half bbq). She prepaid $160 plus a $20 tip since it was such a large order. The first issue was they delivered the order a day earlier and the wrong time, on Thursday at noon.
