absolutely horrible! very nicer manager, but her personal is full of young people who cannot cook! no spice on eating, brokkoli was gummy! absolutely terrible! will never be there again!

Had a delicious rice bowl here on a Friday afternoon for lunch. Service is always fast and food is always consistently good here. At 11am there was nobody at the bar so I got served my beer and food very fast.

I chose to order the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp from Applebee's on Zebulon Rd, my favorite location. The dish was delicious and my family also enjoyed their meals. I added chives to my potatoes which made it even better. Here is a photo of my meal. Visualizza piatti

there were 4 of us and our food came out all at different times, and when the last two came out, the other two were done so that we took our food to go. the waitress never came back when we take our order, except to give us the boxes we demanded and the review.

do not waste their time to come here, this is really bad service,bad food,all not recommended,I was here at 10.30 o'clock and my food didn't come until 11.30 , and when the ribeye came really cold, and then my wing didn't even come, even the hot plate its cold, it really badest,

As you see place near empty. Took over hour and a half from time to order till eat. The managers where more worried about a employee grill out than customers. Not great service. I would have been more forgiving if my server had more than two tables at a time. She told us our food was ready and it took over 10 minutes to get. Couldn't get a refill. We tip good when service is good. I know how much they get paid. I used to work as a server but if you don't do your job you don't get paid. Didn't see a manager( probably in back)

we have eaten in many Applebee’s about the years and their eating was always good! we drove through macon, georgia and we starve, so we stopped on the zebulon of applebee, and eating was terrible! I should have made a picture of our pathetic meals. If we weren't so hungry, we would have gone out! I ordered a simple burger, but I am not sure what the flat piece was meat, and it was accompanied by five flattened, stale fries a pink tomaten, and a tiny pickel. my man ordered the riblet plate, which also came with five stachelfries and was quite minimal and tasteless! the only thing our experience was good was that we had a sweet waitress called kaitlyn.

This Was my worst experience yet!!! I normally don’t even eat Applebees because this location is normally not good in service. But today my pregnancy craving wanted potatoes.I ordered Loaded mash potatoes and a Mango/ Strawberry smoothies online. I waited 15 mins in my car after saying I have arrived. I went in store, to wait another 20 mins… All for my Mash potatoes to come out NOT loaded. I asked for the bacon, cheese, and sour cream and I was told the lady in back said “she’ll be out in 10 mins for the items” UNACCEPTABLE!!!! When I asked for the manager she didn’t even apologize for my inconvenience. I will never be back again, and I will NOT recommend this location to anyone. Horrible Visualizza piatti
