"Downtown Grill in Macon is a fantastic spot for a special night out. I had the dry-aged steak, and it was good—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. My wife tried the elk, which was exceptional—rich, savory, and beautifully presented. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy dinner. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Additionally, their whiskey selection is impressive, offering a great variety to choose from. Overall, a great dining experience that I highly recommend."

Excellent food. They have complimentary valet parking which is a bit tricky to locate from the main street. Expext to pay about $50 per person. Myron Mixon was there dining during our visit.

If you’re ever in Macon, you have to go see Richie at Downtown Grill! What a gem! One of the best meals we’ve had in years. We sat at the bar and had a great time chatting with Richie. Bourbon selection was on point, we had the scallop fettuccine and NY strip and both were fantastic. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!
