This was the dirtiest restaurant I 've ate at in a long time. There were employees standing around on their phones, etc. You could tell that the manager has lost control of this restaurant. The food delivery took quite a while, and the restaurant itself wasn't very clean. There were no napkins or condiment cups provided. While the food was decent, the service during our meal was lacking. Overall, the atmosphere left much to be desired. Prices per person ranged from $10 to $20. I would recommend trying the Roast Beef and Curly Fries.

The customer service at this location needs improvement. The young lady who served us appeared disengaged. My husband received cold fries and decided to get curly fries instead, but they were cold as well. When he went up for a third time, they eventually made fresh ones and interacted with the manager. Unfortunately, she seemed inconvenienced by the request to ensure my husband's experience was enjoyable. This visit did not meet my expectations for Arby's.

The restaurant often keeps its dining area closed, which can be frustrating for customers who are left waiting in a drive-thru that moves at a snail's pace. Just last week, I waited 25 minutes to place my order, only to be stuck for an additional 4-5 minutes due to traffic in the drive-thru. Even after I had already placed my order, I was prompted to order again several times through the speaker. This situation reflects the restaurant's tendency to favor online orders over those from drive-thru customers, resulting in missed opportunities and a skewed view of the success of online ordering.
