It’s always a nice visit to Providence whenever I can stop and get some Baja’s. A local joint worth trying! Like a Chipotle with many more options to choose from

Very good food, but I went today at 6:12pm and the cashier on her cellphone didn?t even look at me when I was going to pay. Not even once. Very bad customer service.

Super affordable comfort food! I’m a law student with a full time job, so I rarely have the time to cook. I have to order out frequently Baja’s is by far the most affordable filling option that I can find.

Ordered enchiladas with rice and no beans. Received 2x the beans, no rice. The receipt showed it was ordered NO beans. The guac, sour cream and pico were on top of the beans, so I had to pick through for a tiny bit...and the entire thing was ice cold.

The food here is truly excellent. Just a small note: if you opt for a burrito with a generous amount of meat (you can choose up to three portions), it may become a bit moist or greasy, but it's still enjoyable—just be prepared for some filling to spill out. Vegetarians beware! Not once, but two separate orders in a row, this place has added chicken to my veg orders. I’m not sure why… I called them the first time, and they said I could bring my food back for a replacement. Who has time to do that on a lunch break though? It happened AGAIN last night. This place is a bummer for vegetarians looking for a quick bite.Vegetarian options: Don’t order food from here if you’re a vegetarian!

I thought we were allowed to choose as many items in the salad bar section that desires our taste. While buying 2 rice bowls the first guy turns to the lday standing behind the counter commenting about a friend I choosing so many selections. She makes thecomment. you know how it goes Since when did men engage in gossip so much!? I 'm hungry, I just came to eat, not to be judgedfor being black or what I choose.. Do better! We were respectful. It 's very sad. Oh well, I 'm just grateful there are many otherBaja locations to choose.. Only low self esteem will make one do such, especially around alpha energy. Being vegan, and a human, I could not in good conscience recommend Bajas or any of its affiliates. I tried adding a note on my order to not cross contaminate, however they don't allow requests. I tried calling multiple times and my call was forwarded. My Burrito contained chicken amongst other things I didn't order. you Also put cheese in my order of which I'm allergic to. my first bite literally contained chicken, cheese, and HAIR! TWO black strands of human hair- I wish I took a picture but immediately became sick and threw it down the disposal.
