I have come here a few times. Today, my whole order was disgusting. I love Dunkin. This location is horrible. I asked for a refund today, and the manager was nasty about it. The service at this restaurant was quite unfriendly. I felt completely overlooked, particularly due to my appearance. I had placed a mobile order, yet no one acknowledged me. They made direct eye contact but simply walked by. Customers who arrived after me were served right away! I've been a loyal patron for years, but this experience has led me to decide not to come back.

The restaurant features a beautiful, modern interior with new furniture. The cashier, Luam, was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the various flavors of the donuts that piqued my interest. She patiently answered all my questions. The overall atmosphere has noticeably improved, and the place looks much better than it did before. Luam mentioned that they had their grand reopening last Saturday. There are two outdoor round benches with umbrellas: one for Baskin Robbins, the other for Dunkin Donuts. The interior is spacious and has plenty of seating. The ordering process is clear and easy. There are clearly separate sections for Dunkin and Baskin. The small mango smoothie I ordered was prepared quickly and correctly. The smoothie was thick but suckable through a straw without difficulty. Employees were in proper attire, friendly, and moderately energetic. Good service, but nothing memorable.

Terrible attitudes especially with the woman Indian manager. The bacon is never cooked properly and they serve it raw and when you return it and ask them to cook it they look at you like you said something wrong. Also they dumped old ice cream intoa new container which the old ice cream had been thawed and look terrible yet they won't open a new one and wants you to eat theold instead. They wear the same gloves over and over again and never change them. Very unsanitary. So many problems in thisstore. Don't buy anything there unless you want to get sick.

12/26/22 Dunkin' Donuts will always hold a special place in my heart, especially after witnessing Stone Cold Steve Austin guide a security guard to grab some food! While I know Dunkin' is rebranding to just "Dunkin'," it doesn't seem to be making as much of an impact as Starbucks' marketing efforts. That said, the staff member I interacted with was really friendly. My food was served quickly, and the hot chocolate from Dunkin' outshone Starbucks' version in terms of flavor. The establishment was tidy and well-organized. Although I didn't check out the restrooms, if they are single-use, they should definitely be unisex.
