If the restaurant can't make decent pasta from scratch, they should consider sourcing a better quality option from the local supermarket. **Menu Concerns:** The La Nostra Bolognese sauce is disappointing. This is one of the simplest and most traditional sauces to make at any Italian establishment, and I can only imagine that any Italian diner would find it inedible and demand a refund. The Ragu di Gamberi was just as bad, being excessively oily, flavorless, and overwhelmed by black pepper. The Burrata appetizer was a letdown on multiple counts. The strawberries served were old and mushy, and the mint leaves contributed nothing to enhance the flavor. Ideally, a burrata dish should include fresh basil and heirloom tomatoes, offering a Caprese-style presentation, perhaps with the option to add prawns for additional depth. Additionally, it’s essential to make sure that customers are not served old lime wedges. Seeing limes that are half yellow instead of vibrant green indicates a lack of attention to detail and care. In summary, given the prices charged, the tiny portion sizes, and the overall lack of flavor and execution in the dishes, I won't be returning to this restaurant. I cannot support a chef whose standards are so low in an otherwise well-designed location."

Place is pricey... ambiance is not classy... not a fine dining place. felt like sitting in ordinary place, tables had no table cloths, chairs were hard... portion sizes were small...food was tasty though... but, no vegetarian dishes other than salad.. not good for vegetarians. The service here is excellent, but the food falls short. The portions are tiny—so small that you’ll leave feeling hungry. If you have any food allergies, you might as well forget it; they won't accommodate your dietary preferences. It’s more like "take it or leave it." I won’t be returning. The octopus dish looked like a disgusting piece of spoiled seafood, and the presentation was awful.

This restaurant was overall an average restaurant. There was nothing great or memorable about it. The good, service and employees were very nice and very pleasant and helpful. Other than that, portions are very small (for the price), menu is overpriced, food taste is average, venue is not bad but not memorable or special, restaurant is noisy. I remember mid dinner I told my wife it 's ok but you know we 're not gonna come here again. She smiled and nodded. Word of advice, there are much better places in NPB and Irvine at that price level
