the service was in order, no problems. eating was okay. not much taste, but temperature and texture were appealing.

We made reservations, but could not be seated for another 45 minutes. What's the purpose of making reservations when the restaurant can't honor it?

Quality has degraded significantly compare to 1 or 2 years ago. Almost no cheese , no sauce, scant toppings on a tasteless and expensive pizza. I will never go back there again which is the shame as it used to be my favorite pizza place. Visualizza piatti

Service was limited and slow. Long wait for drinks and food. Kitchen and wait staff need more people. Nearly empty restaurant. Mushoom, Onion, Sausage pizza (new menu option) very greasy due to caramelized onions. Long wait for check. In the past, service was better. Still generally a good place when they have more staff working. Tip: Order the MOS pizza with chopped fresh onion.

we celebrate christmas eva as a family group of 17 years that keep the next room for our event. that was the first time after the pandemic that we were all together, and bertuccis was ideal! there was a menu to accommodate all picky eaters, the young children, as well as the vegetarians. the service was great, eating was good, and the atmosphere was comfortable for all age groups. we will do this again!

it was nice to come and sit right away, even though I felt guilty, as so many waited that I probably had not reserved. my impressions: service was good. He was attentive and good. eating was okay, my spaghetti wasn't very tasty, just okay. not sure what was missing. the restaurant had a lot of tables that were not there all the time. yes, it was a Saturday evening, but the two largest tables on the left side as they bring them into the restaurant were not cleaned for the 50 minutes we were there.

We used to frequent Bertucci’s but hadn’t been in YEARS. The food was delicious — from the bread and oil to our Big Papi pizza (added ricotta) to the red sangria. My issue was with the cleanliness: the space in general is dark and dingy, there was food and trash on the floor, and the booth was covered in crumbs. Very quickly realized I stopped coming because of how dirty the dining area is. If we happen to return for the pizza, it’ll be a takeout order so we can enjoy in a much better environment.

we regularly eat in this bertuccis about twice in the month since 1995. that was the worst experience we had in this restaurant. we did not even see a waitress after 20 minutes after sitting so left. it is obviously more personal required. If this goes on, we have to find a new place of interest. we know some of the employees who usually work on Sunday, and on this special day we say none of them. hopefully they didn't leave the restaurant permanently. based on this visit we cannot recommend this restaurant.
