"Waited with 15 other people at the hostess stand for 11 minutes before getting attended too. Had reservations for 11 and they were not prepared for us at all. Table they brought us to was not clean. We cleaned ourselves. It had some old dirty jacket and crumbs all over it. Waters took 25 minutes, did not get silverware or napkins. Got food 2 hours later when the restaurant had only 5 other guests. Waiter said people don’t come to work anymore. She was sweet and new and never hosted a party before. I don’t blame her. Never will go again. Magnet nor anyone else ever came to check on us, apologize, or thank us for our patience. Our party was mostly kids on a Sunday afternoon. Nothing complicated always ordered and they were not busy."

We felt like part of the family during our visit. Our waiter was both attentive and helpful. We've dined at many Bertucci's restaurants, and this one definitely ranks in the top 10%.

It seems that all of the Bertucci's have compromised on the quality of their food. Their food used to be very good and served hot. Our food was tepid and the taste was bland. Please bring back the old Bertucci's!

I ordered Chicken Picata and it was watery. There was no “Sauce”; rather my pasta and chicken sat in watery broth. I won’t go back. I took the entree home for the chicken; there was no salvaging the pasta! We threw it in the trash. View menu

Brittany was a great server when we went!! I LOVE this place and she, hands down made the experience all that more enjoyable!! This pizza is very similar to how it's done in Venice, Italy!! And the Garlic Knots are addicting!! My favorite place for pizza around here!

I still love their pizza, but the service is still suffering nowadays. The sangria and salad aren’t as good as they used to be either. And even the oil that goes with the rolls was missing the usual spices that make it awesome. I’ll go back, because the pizza is th best in MD, but it’s not as good an experience as it used to be.

This restaurant is fantastic for what it offers and does well even beyond that. It's an excellent pizza place with reasonable prices, attentive service, and great convenience. The stone-fired pizza is my favorite in Maryland. Keep in mind, it's not a fine dining establishment, so my review takes into account its competition among other pizzerias. View menu

Management really did a disservice to their staff by not having enough staff. Service was bad not because of the existing personnel but because management didn’t insure there were enough staff. Drinks never came. Food was good however it was about 20 minutes past normal. Overall a one time bad experience out of previous good experiences at this location

we celebrate christmas eva as a family group of 17 years that keep the next room for our event. that was the first time after the pandemic that we were all together, and bertuccis was ideal! there was a menu to accommodate all picky eaters, the young children, as well as the vegetarians. the service was great, eating was good, and the atmosphere was comfortable for all age groups. we will do this again!
