"Went as part of a special promotion where they were having lower prices. Even though we had a reservation they were so short staffed they couldn’t really honor the reservation. I don’t suppose it’s their fault since everyone in every industry is shortstaffed. I felt bad for all of them there, but we couldn’t wait as I had a hungry and cranky child with me. The staff that were there were very nice and we got some food to go instead of waiting."

there was only one bartender 2 chefs and one manager. incredibly understated. the reservation meant nothing because they had no personal. same company for making this crew try to serve customers

we never sat down. the manager greeted us and told us that they couldn't put anyone for personal scarcity. we went to other bertuccis and had a good meal. we were also told that no berruccis use opentable and are not sure why they still appear on the app.

my daughter and her friends celebrated their birthday in the canton bertucci and they all complained vigorously about the bad services. Maybe it was because they were teenagers, but they were essentially ignored and had to wait an eternality for their meal. we will not return to this place. I would recommend the bertucci in norwood.
