"I rushed in, and the owner stopped what he was doing with another customer just to help me, and that was very nice, I was only buying an energy drink, and did not realize it was a $5 min, that was very nice of them too, to let me go. Based on the appropriate attitude given by the clerk, I would love to come back and try the delicious smelling breads, and sandwiches. This seems like an awesome local sandwich shop."

The sandwiches and sides at this restaurant are always fantastic, but they could use a bit more speck. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Overall, it's much better than eating at Subway. The bread is especially delicious.

The sandwiches at this restaurant are so delicious that I wish I could own a franchise. The onion bread is freshly baked and incredible. The vegetables are crunchy and it's a quick lunch stop. I have never been let down! I will definitely eat here again and again!

I like this sandwich shop because they have three different sizes to choose from (6, 8, or 12 . They really pack on the toppings too, so a small is often plenty to eat with chips. Big Town Hero is the perfect choice for a delicious lunchtime sub. The vegetables are crisp and fresh, the bread is soft and tasty. The staff is efficient and can handle busy periods with ease. It's a bonus that they offer multi-grain sun chips, which complement a soda and sub perfectly.

I really enjoy visiting this restaurant. I hadn't been there in a while because I was trying to eat healthier, but today I treated myself to something I love - Hometown Heroes. There was a new employee working the front and she was doing a fantastic job, even with the owner watching her closely. The food was also amazing.
