No smoke ring, little flavor, not barbecue.Accompanied by sad frozen frys from a box and some of the worst Mac and Cheese you've ever had the misfortune to encounter. You can still taste the grit from the undercooked starch in the cheese sauce.For the record, I like ribs with chew, but that is different than being tough. No smoke, little flavor, and what flavor they do have tastes like yesterday's special.Don't even bother with the house sauce tastes like a combination of hoisin and ketchup. Gag."

okay grill ribs were decent. smoked chicken wasn't good. black meat was in order. I thought they were ready for everyone to get out of the lock so they could go home early.

The chopped brisket sandwich was not smoked and chopped. It was stirred up mess. Didn't have a good flavor and I ordered tea and it was some flavored drink. I guess Billy Boys has a new owner. They need to stick with the old ways.

Best place in town. been a local since...well forever. The Scott family is one of the greatest family's in Shawnee, Ok from delicious bbq to making you feel like you're at home. if you choose any other place over this bbq, you're not doing something right
