"For roast beef it would be ok, for barbecue brisket a total fail. No smoke ring, little flavor, not barbecue.Accompanied by sad frozen frys from a box and some of the worst Mac and Cheese you've ever had the misfortune to encounter. You can still taste the grit from the undercooked starch in the cheese sauce.For the record, I like ribs with chew, but that is different than being tough. No smoke, little flavor, and what flavor they do have tastes like yesterday's special.Don't even bother with the house sauce tastes like a combination of hoisin and ketchup. Gag."
