"I do not recommend this restaurant. The staff was quite rude. I ordered well before closing, but the only sides available were fries and mac and cheese. They only offered chicken breast and refused my request for chicken supremes. After I explained the preparation time for supremes, they reluctantly agreed to make them. However, my order ended up completely wrong. Additionally, they leave the phone off the hook so it doesn't ring. I intend to contact corporate tomorrow to report these problems."

I’ve been trying to contact Bojangles to apply for a job, but the phone just goes straight to dial tone. If you’re running a restaurant and need employees, why not answer the phone? A male manager told me they would call me back after their lunch break at 4:58 PM on 10/03/22, but it’s now 8:02 PM and I still haven’t heard anything. Also, I was hoping to ask about the menu but haven’t been able to get through.
