"Fantastic! This pizza restaurant offers an incredible selection, including their delicious Cheeseburger and BBQ Chicken pizzas. The tomato soup was piping hot and tasted great, while the salad bar was fresh and stocked with all the usual offerings. My family loved the original New Pal location, and we’re excited about the Greenfield spot. We make a 30-minute drive just to eat here, and it’s definitely worth the trip!"

"Great place!!!. This is what New Pal needed. Awesome food, very very clean restaurant. The wait was a little long for us on a Friday night so we just slipped into the bar for first come, first serve seating. We actually sat at the bar near the end and were able to take in the entire bar area.The bar staff was also very fun and looked like they actually wanted to be there. Cute blonde girl seemed to be running the tables and a really nice guy in a ball cap ran the bar and took care of us. Polite and very awesome service. My wife thought the lights were a little to bright for a bar but not a real issue. We saw all types of patrons. Older couples, young people , blue and white collar people enjoying the place. I would of liked to have seen HD sports action but that was my only negative. The food was really good ...they have quite the menu, from salads to sandwiches to steaks. I ordered the pasta dish...Wow, it was very large portion...no lunch needed for me the next day. The wife had the Tenderloin and it was all that it was cracked up to be. Fantastic!!! Steak chips with their homemade ranch dressing was right on point. Next time we will visit the dining room. The other negative I just remembered was that this place is not open on Sundays : ...Rethink this management...loved it anyway...Nice job B and C's!!! We will be back"

"I've been there twice, and both times I absolutely loved the chewy chocolate ice cream served in a waffle cone! I also really enjoyed the giant chocolate chip cookie. My little boy had a great time with the Graham Central Station ice cream. It's wonderful to see high school students getting involved by editing and perfecting orders alongside the owner. The atmosphere of the place is fantastic as well! I will definitely return!"

"Like many others, I decided to visit SB after seeing it touted as the best BBQ in the state in a national ranking article. While I haven't sampled enough BBQ in the area to confirm that it's the top spot, I certainly wasn't disappointed. This is a straightforward, family-owned BBQ restaurant set in what appears to be an old community center. Despite the busy lunch crowd, the staff were friendly and efficient. The meat was incredibly tender and practically melted in my mouth. I opted for the meat flight, which included beef brisket and pulled pork, along with corn casserole and baked beans. The sides were quite tasty, the meat was exceptional, and the price was reasonable at $15. My only hope is that they eventually find a way to serve dine-in meals on reusable plates instead of using takeout containers for everything."

"When I finally received my sandwiches, I noticed that they were lacking in meat and cheese, despite ordering the series sandwiches, which are supposed to contain twice as much filling and come at a higher price. I won't be returning, and I wasn't the only one facing issues. At least two other customers with mobile orders were also waiting a long time, and one walk-in customer left without ordering. If I hadn't already paid through the app, I would have done the same. Although they did thank me for my patience, it didn't make up for the overall experience."
