I'm disappointed by the price of this small salad—I can't justify paying $10 for it. While your pizza is good, the salad is just romaine lettuce, cheese, and a few crumbs.

Overall good experience. Waited a while to be served but our waiter worked hard and made sure we had everything we needed. Food is alright, the Sicilian pizza is very tasteful, the margherita traditional pizza was good. My boyfriend ordered meatballs forappetizer and it came in a big portion and it was tasteful. I normally go to this restaurant with my family on the weekends and they always serve me well but the last time I went at 10:30pm they told me that they couldn't serve me because we were 10 people and it was already too late and they were more than 5workers could not serve so many people. everyone was standing around laughing and having a good time doing nothing in theirwork time. It is a very good restaurant but the work team of this day was bad

The customer service was poor overall, but the young woman on the phone was very kind. The calzone and stromveggie arrived soggy, and the box was soaked as well. The cheesecake calzone was undercooked, with the dough still raw and gooey inside. We spent nearly $100 on food, yet they refused to accept any coupons. The delivery driver was rude despite receiving a generous tip, and he even complained about gas prices, which was unnecessary given the tip we left. I will not be ordering from Broadway Pizzeria again.

I had an overall wonderful experience at Broadway Pizzeria. While there was a short wait to be served, our waiter was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. The food was tasty, with the Sicilian pizza standing out for its rich flavor and the classic Margherita also hitting the mark. My friend’s appetizer of meatballs was generous in size and packed with flavor. The restaurant features a bar and offers ample seating both indoors and outdoors. Update below my original review. Bits of plastic under the cheese on our pizza. It seemed like the plastic wrapping from a block of cheese got grated in with the cheese. I found 4 pieces of plastic that were as large as the tip of my littlefinger. That's a major quality control issue that should have been resolved. I fed this to my young children and now I worrythey ate plastic. We order from Broadway at least once a week and have been for over a decade. I'm verydisappointed. UPDATE Management immediately responded and identified the issue within a day. Accidents happen and this isthe only issue I have had an issue with an order from Broadway and I am very happy with how it was handled.

UPDATE: Broadway Pizzeria has always been fantastic to me and my family, so I decided to order again. I spoke with a young employee—I wish I remembered his name, sorry!—and showed him pictures of my recent order. He agreed that it wasn’t acceptable and kindly offered to replace it for free whenever I’m ready. Despite this one disappointment, I still love this place. Since moving to Florida from up north, this has been my favorite spot for late-night pizza, consistently serving the best pies. Usually, I enjoy my food right in the parking lot because it’s too good to wait until I get home. Tonight, though, something seemed off—maybe new cooks, supply issues, or just an off night. UPDATE: because this place has been amazing to me and my family with the food I did order again and told the one young kid I forgot his name sorry lol however I told him what happened and showed him the pictures with that being said he agreed that itwasn?t acceptable and made sure to offer me another one on the house whenever I am ready for it. ?? With that being said Ididn?t let one disappointment interfere with the fact that I love this place.
