"UPDATE: because this place has been amazing to me and my family with the food I did order again and told the one young kid I forgot his name sorry lol however I told him what happened and showed him the pictures with that being said he agreed that itwasn?t acceptable and made sure to offer me another one on the house whenever I am ready for it. ?? With that being said Ididn?t let one disappointment interfere with the fact that I love this place. Anytime After receiving my food i always sit in the parking lot watching shows on my phone for a few because the foodfrom day one has always been to good to wait to drive home (lakemary) however i?m so glad that?s my routine as I would?ve beenreally upset had i decided to wait until I got home to eat as this place is not down the street for me. Tonight not sure if itwas new cooks or not enough supplies or maybe just over it tonight (tired) ??????????????? But My pizza looked and tasted likefrozen store bought pizza???? The crust was barely baked through, the sauce was tasteless and barely covered the pie ???? Ihate complaining and asking for a redo of my food as i fear my new order of food will be tampered with in the worse way forcomplaining ???? NOT saying that this place is known for that however SM shows a lot of those things happening and ya justnever know ??????????? Ordered a medium buffalo chicken pizza with mild spice level. The pizza is tasty and the mild spice was inconsistent across the pizza. Some bites were a lot spicier than others. Walked out of there with my lips on fire! I liked the sliced chicken

Overall good experience. Waited a while to be served but our waiter worked hard and made sure we had everything we needed. Food is alright, the Sicilian pizza is very tasteful, the margherita traditional pizza was good. My boyfriend ordered meatballs forappetizer and it came in a big portion and it was tasteful. I normally go to this restaurant with my family on the weekends and they always serve me well but the last time I went at 10:30pm they told me that they couldn't serve me because we were 10 people and it was already too late and they were more than 5workers could not serve so many people. everyone was standing around laughing and having a good time doing nothing in theirwork time. It is a very good restaurant but the work team of this day was bad

I typically visit this restaurant with my family on weekends, and they usually provide great service. However, during my last visit at 10:30 PM, I was informed that they couldn't accommodate us because we were a group of 10 and it was too late. The staff, which consisted of more than five workers, claimed they couldn't handle that many people. Meanwhile, I noticed the staff laughing and socializing instead of being productive during their working hours. The food here is excellent, but the service that day was disappointing.

Update my original review below. Plastic under the cheese on our pizza. It seemed like the plastic wrapping was rubbed from a cheese block with the cheese. I found 4 plastic parts that were as big as the tip of my little finger. This is an important question of quality control, which should be solved. I fed my young kids and now I'm worried they ate plastic. We order Broadway at least once a week and have been for over a decade. I'm very disappointed. UPDATE Management responded immediately and identified the problem within a day. Accidents happen, and this is the only problem I had with an order from Broadway, and I am very happy about how it was handled. View menu

Update below my original review. Bits of plastic under the cheese on our pizza. It seemed like the plastic wrapping from a block of cheese got grated in with the cheese. I found 4 pieces of plastic that were as large as the tip of my littlefinger. That's a major quality control issue that should have been resolved. I fed this to my young children and now I worrythey ate plastic. We order from Broadway at least once a week and have been for over a decade. I'm verydisappointed. UPDATE Management immediately responded and identified the issue within a day. Accidents happen and this isthe only issue I have had an issue with an order from Broadway and I am very happy with how it was handled.

Not sure what happened here. This used to be our favorite late night pizza joint, but tonight's pizza was just terrible. It looked and tasted like frozen pizza. The crust was barely baked through, the sauce was tasteless and barely covered the pie. On top of that, I had to cut my own pizza. I wouldn't be so disappointed if I wasn't expecting the quality that used to be Broadway Pizza. Giving three stars in the hopes that this was just an off night and not an overall deterioration of quality.
