"My family ordered delivery; however, everything but one item was incorrect. When I called back about the order and explained the situation, the person working stated that they did not know what to do and asked us to call back in half an hour. He said there was no managers present and he didn’t know if he could send the correct items. We called back a half hour later, and the person resent our correct items; however, when they arrived, we were told that they needed the incorrect food. It had been an hour and half by the time the food was delivered and they still wanted the old food. I sincerely appreciated them resending all of our food, and it was good once it arrived correctly, but not taking care of the issue immediately was frustrating and it seemed a little ridiculous that we needed to send the old food back to just be thrown out, nor was I told on the phone it needed to be sent back."

My family and I enjoy going to this restaurant. One of us ordered nachos with only cheese because of dietary restrictions. The cashier was incredibly nice and didn't want to charge us full price for the nacho grande because it was only cheese. The cashier asked the owner to knock off a few dollars and the owner said absolutely not. Then these charcoal nachos came out.
