"The Pho and shrimp and pork spring rolls at this restaurant are fantastic. However, the experience was slightly diminished by the absence of Thai basil, which was missing both times I ordered. Despite this, the food was still delicious. I can't speak to the service and atmosphere as I had delivery. Dinner here typically costs between $30-$50 per person. I would rate the food 4 out of 5. I would recommend trying the beef Pho and shrimp spring rolls."

"Wow! I wish I?d taken pictures in advance but everything was amazing! My husband is very picky about his old fashioned but he was very happy and my cucumber margarita? top notch! We had the nachos with home cooked chips along with cream of crab soup andgrilled Caesar salad. Everything was awesome! Great recommendation from our hotel front desk!"

"Normally Brothers does an excellent job with their food which is why I gave them 3 stars. Every now,, and then their food isn't on point, but no one is perfect. I will say the mild Buffalo wings they sent us today were awful. I couldn't eat them they were so bad.. Whoever made the Buffalo wings put a tiny bit of Buffalo sauce (I think...I'm not sure since there was no flavor) on them, I couldn't taste it, the wings were dry, because they had basically no sauce at all on them. Whoever is making the wings on Sunday needs some serious education."

"Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I placed an order online through their website. I get a call stating they are out of sweet potato fries and asked what I want in place. Offered a few suggestions, I politely decline and just asked to give me arefund for the amount of the sweet potato fries. The girl on the phone (who was nice and stuck in the middle of this) told theguy in the background that I just wanted a refund for the amount of the fries. He began yelling and said I have to takesomething or call the company that I ordered through. I stated I ordered from their website. There is no company to contact. Herefused to take the money off my account, so I just said to cancel my order and that I will not be returning. He again beganscreaming and yelling refusing to give me a refund. And again stating to call the company . I checked my bank account, thedebit is listed as Pizza n Stuff. I am appalled by the behavior of this owner. I will never be returning and I 'm on the phonewith my bank to get this resolved. Sad thing is, I 've ordered before food is decent, but they 're always out of something. But,it 's very convenient to us. Oh well. They have 100% lost a customer, that 's for sure. UPDATE I called my bank about what Ishould do about my money not being refunded. After some lengthy investigation by a representative of my bank, they found thesame thing I found. Nothing! There is no phone number to contact the company to get a refund. So basically, this restaurantis holding my $42.76. I have to report this restaurant to my bank and file a dispute. So, my bank will take care of it. I havenever in my 40 years on this Earth, had a company refuse to do a refund. Makes me wonder how many other people they have donethis too. Just a reminder to whomever refused to refund me what you are doing is illegal and immoral. Don 't trust thisrestaurant!"

"I placed an order on Grubhub for a sub and some garlic knots at 2:15. Was routed by grubhub and still hadn?t heard anything around 3:15. The owner, Sal, gave me a call. He called grubhub to figure out what was going on. He went out of his way to dealwith the situation. 2 1/2 hours later, after battling grubhub, I was given a refund by them but they would not deliver the food.I spoke to Sal again and he gave me my food for free. He even personally delivered it as well and refused a tip. Great business.Great food. Great guy. I will definitely be getting more food from here!"
