Food was good; drinks were generous; service was Stormy! Yes, the waitress, Stormy, blew in with such an air of hospitality and joyfulness we were 'blown ' away!

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the atmosphere is enjoyable! The service is consistently excellent and their menu and daily specials are fantastic. Plus, they serve beer!

I'm grateful I decided not to go to McDonald's down the road and instead saved my money for a delicious meal here! I had a fantastic frozen custard, burger with fresh brioche bun, and sweet potato wedges - all were amazing! Highly recommend this place! Visualizza piatti

We were recommended this restaurant by the hotel we stayed at in town. It is an older bar/restaurant that was quite busy, so we requested to sit outside in the picnic area. The food was delicious and the service was great. I would consider it a hidden gem.

because they doubt that we were even in their facility, we made a pick-up job on Friday night. they were safe. from our order were forgotten: perpetrators, two salates and apfelsoße. we tipped her personal before we left. we were 10 hours on a long road and were recommended to try their restaurant at the reception of our hotel.

my man and I stopped a long drive in pa and chose this tavern to dinner. it would be a 5-star rating, with the exception that the ambiente felt like sitting in a convenience store or 1980s bingo hall. but eat it! it was stellar! 5 stars safe. my man got fish chips and I got the steak ceddar sandwich, and we both got happy full. the eating tasted pleasant and was served in large portions and our server was pleasant, bubbly and a pleasure to talk to. We stopped at this restaurant on our way to Cleveland and were pleasantly surprised by the homemade, delicious food. Unlike the typical chain restaurants, this place had a cozy atmosphere and incredible dishes. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. The grilled bark meat with honeycomb rings and sweet potato wedges were a steal at $10.95. The food was not only tasty but also beautifully presented and served hot. We highly recommend this place for a satisfying and affordable meal.

The Browns Hill Tavern was a pleasant surprise. Nice selection of beers; ample parking and seating. They have pool table, touch tunes and hook 21 for entertainment. The bar has satellite TV with the Seasonal Sports Package. An Automatic Transaction Machine is on site for convenience, but credit is also accepted. I'm not sure about personal or travelers checks. Food was legit. Recommendations: TOTS, burger, cheesesteak, cheddar beef. Signature drink Screaming Viking. Friendly service, I will visit again.

This is a review of the motel. I don't typically write reviews, but I thought this experience was poor enough to warrant one. For $80 a night the price is pretty good for around State College. That said, the front door was hard to open with the key the room smelled of stale smoke the lamps by the bed wouldn't turn on the lamps outside the motel were very bright and left on throughout the night until sunrise. The curtains inside couldn't block out the light. Needless to say I slept very poorly. The heat pump heating the room also turned on every 15 minutes which was kind of annoying. the towels had a few small stains on them The lady at the front desk was very nice to me at check in.
