Bruster's Real Ice Cream

How is an ice cream place out of whip cream but still charge u the same price???? I mean what’s a banana split without whip cream. Ugh!!!!

Would like more vegan options. They never have anything listed on the menu. I don't like sorbet, but that's usually what I end up getting.

Service was alright, they kept messing u my order. I asked for a hot fudge brownie and got just the ice cream and fudge. Room for improvement is needed, won't be my first choice ice cream shop next time. Visualizza piatti

When we arrived, they were slammed. There was a wait. Let me tell you, these kids in there were on point. They never missed a beat , they got the orders and got them out. They were awesome. Love coming here, we'll worth it.

Drove all the way for a cake batter milkshake. Turns out they refuse to update their flavors on their menu when they are all out ! They just assume you will pick another flavor thats available ...SCAM!!!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Just left there with a quart of Mint Cocolate chip ice cream. Every other Brewster's I have been to you hit a chocolate chip in every bite. I had to dig to find chocolate chips and there weren't that many. Very Disappointed. $10 for Mint ice cream which really isn't good without the chocolate chips! This is going in the trash! Whenever I've gone for ice cream whether it be drive thru or at the window I'm asked by whoever at the register for a tip. Every single time I'm asked to tip and it's really annoying and turns me off from wanting to go there. It's very unprofessional and I'm already paying $4-$7 for ice cream what am I tipping for? Scooping it into a bowl and handing it to me? Edit 1: Plenty of small shops I frequent have the little tablet with the tips prompt but non of these places have never ASKED me to tip. You are not obligated to do that and it's quite unprofessional.

I enjoy the ice cream at this restaurant, even though it is priced at $5-6 per cone. However, I am frustrated by the fact that the employees ask for a tip for simply handing it to you. These employees are not earning minimum wage. I always tip them generously to ensure they are making a fair wage. But adding a $1 tip onto a $6 cone just to have it handed to me feels entitled. Instead of having a tip jar, the employees actually ask if you are including a tip. As much as I love their ice cream, I have decided to stop going to Bruster's because of this practice.

Ordered a cake on Aug 1st to pick up on Aug 5. I had proof that I ordered it on Aug 1st but they said they did not receive it until I was standing there around noon on Aug 5 and they found it. Luckily we had plans change and I didn't need it until the next day. The girl said it normally took 24 hours but made arrangements for me to pick it up at 11:00 the next day. No big deal. I arrived just before 11:00 the next day. I was informed it was still not ready. The girl said it just needed to be frosted but her manager had to pick some things up on the way in and was not there yet to do it. She said it may be done at 11:30.
