"Ordered a cake on Aug 1st to pick up on Aug 5. I had proof that I ordered it on Aug 1st but they said they did not receive it until I was standing there around noon on Aug 5 and they found it. Luckily we had plans change and I didn't need it until the next day. The girl said it normally took 24 hours but made arrangements for me to pick it up at 11:00 the next day. No big deal. I arrived just before 11:00 the next day. I was informed it was still not ready. The girl said it just needed to be frosted but her manager had to pick some things up on the way in and was not there yet to do it. She said it may be done at 11:30. Went back a third time to finally pick it up. The manager was there but I had to ask for him to come out and speak to me. I could tell from how I heard him interact with the other girl that he had no intentions of speaking with me when I came back. I was very nice to him, but he took no responsibility for any issues, told me what appeared to be contradictions from what the employee had told me, and offered no compensation for what was clearly their issues. He told me they could not have made the cake when it was supposed to have been made the first time because they never received the order, even though it was a glitch on their end. Then he told me that he was not there early that morning to know why it was not done on time the second day other than it would normally take 48 hours. The other girl had told me he was the one who had to finish it and he wasn't there yet. She also told me 24 hours not 48. He did nothing to try to make it right that I had to drive up there 3 times and miss part of my daughter's party to finally get it."

My husband brought me a ice cream cake for my birthday. It was mint chocolate chip with chocolate cake. Absolutely amazing! Best ice cream hands down! Don’t waste your money on Carvel. Money well spent.

Delicious! Had the butter pecan cone and one scoop was the right amount. There was a line, but got very efficient worked up. So the wait was not long. Unfortunately there came a storm and we could enjoy the ice cream only under the roof on the back patio. We will definitely go again and try the other options.

Whenever I've gone for ice cream whether it be drive thru or at the window I'm asked by whoever at the register for a tip. Every single time I'm asked to tip and it's really annoying and turns me off from wanting to go there. It's very unprofessional and I'm already paying $4-$7 for ice cream what am I tipping for? Scooping it into a bowl and handing it to me? Edit 1: Plenty of small shops I frequent have the little tablet with the tips prompt but non of these places have never ASKED me to tip. You are not obligated to do that and it's quite unprofessional.
