"Absolutely delicious Italian food. My wife and I found this place while in town for a concert and gave it a try. It was a stifling 116 degrees and as we poured our way through the door looking for relief from the heat. The place is tucked away in a corner of nice little shopping center. The staff is friendly and the place is cleananf kempt (minus a fidgety front door ? with an Italian/sports bar feel. It presents itself as an Italian place without all the stuffiness one might expect from a high-end place. The menu was pretty big with what seemed like a lot of authentic Italian dishes. I settled for the homemade beef short rib ravioli and my wife got the tried and true chicken parmesan while starting with some garlic flatbread. I 'll be honest, I was concerned because sometimes when local restaurants claim everything is homemade, it can be difficult to live up to that promise, especially when the place isn 't super busy, which this place wasnt, on a Friday night at 5 pm. The flatbread came out and within just a few minutes it was gone. Remarkably flaky dough, thin and crispy but soft with just the right touch of garlic and butter. It was absolutely delicious and it makes me regret not getting a pizza if that 's similar to how the crust is. My ravioli was fresh, had amazing flavor and perfectly cooked vegetables. My wife 's chicken parmesan was exactly the same. The food was so good! Great flavors with an obvious nod to being homemade and authentic as they didn 't taste as one-dimensional like typical american-italian places we are used to. We aren 't in this area often, but will for sure go back just to deep dive into that menu. If your in the area, you need to give this place a go, the food is fantastic!"

Spaghetti sauce is weak. Meatballs don't taste like genuine meat. Prices are outrageous for the quality and quantity of menu items. Will not return. Spent $98 for 2 guests. Never again.Food: 1/5

We were able to walk in and be seated on a Friday night in peak season. Service was a bit slow….but we were happy to be seated with a drink! Salads were excellent, food was good. We went home happy.

Our family loves eating at Bucatini. The food is always fresh and wonderfully prepared and flavored. Gabby is a great server and the staff are all very accommodating and helpful if you want more of the delicious bread with olive oil ?Food: 5/5 Visualizza piatti

This was our first visit, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere, the friendly staff, and especially the food. Everything was fantastic, but the bread? It tasted a bit too cheap to match the delicious dishes they serve here. Some good hoagie bread from Sam's Club would have been a perfect complement to the meals. Food: 5/5.

Food was really bad. My polo parmigiana was really rough….I suppose the meat was cheap or not cooked well. The Fettuccine Pollo Limone was very dry with little flavor. Very little chicken inside this dish. The Garlic Flatbread had no flavor and was literally just bread and fry. I feel like I totally wasted $60 tonight. My instant reaction was they are a little overpriced but thought it might be good and worth it. It was horrible. Don’t waste your money.

I tried the lasagna, which turned out mushy with a strangely sweet sauce—definitely not enjoyable. I also sampled the chicken fettuccine, but it lacked flavor and wasn’t tasty at all. Last night, I went for the chicken parmigiana, and it had mixed results. The flavor was great, but the chicken was difficult to cut—it was stringy, overcooked, and dry, giving the impression it was reheated rather than freshly prepared. It's disappointing, but I’m no longer willing to spend any more money on food here after giving it multiple chances. Visualizza piatti

I went to Bucatini's last night for the first time since before Covid, and we were absolutely amazed by the food. It was so incredible that I even made a trip to the kitchen to thank the chef personally! We started with some perfectly prepared calamari, then shared the VITELLO EMILIANA ($29). This dish featured veal scaloppini breaded in the Milanese style, golden fried, and then baked with Alfredo sauce and mozzarella. It was served with a side of penne in a rich tomato vodka cream sauce. The restaurant might be a bit worn, but wow, it's definitely our new favorite!

We stopped here to eat prior to a concert at the Acrisure. They clearly were not prepared for the influx. We got there in plenty of time. We ordered right away but people who arrived 20-30 minutes after we did were getting their food. There appeared to be plenty of staff but they were running around very hastily. I requested water but waited for it a long time. Bread was being served to people all around us. We felt like maybe we were invisible. The ambiance is nice with a full bar. I had the chicken parm and my daughter had the lasagna. Both were very tasty. I would recommend this place for going on a less busy night. Perhaps they will be more organized.

"**ORDERED ITEM:** Modern Hippie Veggie (with added seitan) **TASTE:** First of all, if you take a quick look at some Yelp photos, you'll see how visually appealing this sandwich is, and mine looked exactly like that. But it’s not just about looks; it tastes amazing and has a wonderful texture as well. The sandwich features crack cheese, avocado, gomasio (a sesame and sea salt blend), tomato, jicama, shredded carrot, cucumber, purple pickled cabbage, fresh lettuce, and mayo on country levain bread. I opted to add seitan for extra protein. There’s a ton of ingredients packed into this sandwich, but everything comes together beautifully, resulting in a truly fantastic meal. The vegetables were all incredibly fresh and crisp, making the sandwich feel refreshing. In terms of flavor, the crack cheese has a tangy note similar to hummus. The sweetness from the carrots, the light pickling of the cabbage, the heartiness of the seitan, and the nuttiness from the gomasio blend harmoniously to create a delicious bite. I could easily eat this sandwich several times a week without any guilt. The levain bread has a nice sourdough vibe, just so you know. It’s also generously sized, making it shareable for two if you’re not too hungry. **SERVICE:** The cashier who took my order was friendly and had a positive attitude, which always makes the food taste better. You simply place your order at the register, and they bring the food to your table. I arrived about 30 minutes after they opened (11 AM) on Saturday of Labor Day weekend, and I was able to walk right in, order, and sit down without waiting. However, it did get busy shortly after, and by the time I finished my meal, there was someone waiting for my table. **LOCATION & PARKING:** This might be as helpful as a..."

"After selecting alternative dishes, the troubles continued when the restaurant failed to remove the duck from our bill, leading to an incorrect charge of $40. When we brought it to their attention, the resolution process was anything but smooth. They informed us that the refund would take 2 to 3 days to process, and, without prior notice, they recharged us the correct amount, which totaled almost $400. It was clear that Cork Tree Restaurant does not focus on providing exceptional dining experiences or catering to special celebrations. Instead, it seems to attract patrons who are willing to spend large sums on a single meal. In contrast, our visit to Cliffside was a delight—outstanding food, impeccable service, and a lovely atmosphere, all at a surprisingly lower price point. The differences between our experiences at Cork Tree and Cliffside underscored the importance of attentive customer service and quality dining. Cork Tree’s attempts to make amends, which included offering a gift card or voiding our bill, felt insufficient once the damage to our honeymoon experience had been done. As retail store managers ourselves, we understand customer service standards and that mistakes can occur. We’re not ones to make unreasonable complaints; we've dealt with our fair share of difficult customers. However, the series of errors at Cork Tree resulted in a significant amount being held on our account during our honeymoon, without any prior notice or a clear resolution. In conclusion, if you're in search of a remarkable dining experience, you might want to consider places like Cliffside, which prioritize exceptional service and high-quality cuisine without the steep prices associated with Cork Tree Restaurant."
