Super slow on a Sunday. A very small seating area but really helpful and friendly staff.

It's a charming and tranquil place. A wonderful spot to relax, and it's never too crowded.

The coffee was good, but the exterior of the place doesn’t really give off a coffee shop vibe; it could use more signage. Inside, the furniture feels outdated, and the windows and floors could use a cleaning. I would suggest to the owner to address these issues for a better overall experience. The service was good, especially considering there was only one staff member working. Best of luck!

The drinks are good but the service has been getting progressively poor! On the last two occasions that my friend and I visited, the servers had no clue about their drip coffee whether they were warm/ready to serve or where they were from! In fact, one of these times, they were completely out of both the options and did not even know until we asked. Not just that, even after my friend had to wait for 5 minutes to get a fresh batch ready, they did not have the common courtesy to offer him a free coffee!

I had a cup of coffee at Duke's Restaurant that has lingered in my mind ever since. Typically, I'm more of a tea drinker, but I felt compelled to contact Duke's to find out how I could get their coffee. Fortunately, it’s available and roasted by Caffe Ladro. I placed my order online, and it arrived the very next day. Pam at Caffe Ladro was incredibly helpful when I decided to add to my order after they had already begun processing my first one. They truly do exceptional work! This coffee experience is unlike any I've ever had, and I'm not exactly young either. Thank you, Duke's, Caffe Ladro, and Pam!

I always make a point to visit this coffee shop whenever I’m in town to see family. Typically, I grab a soy latte from Starbucks since it’s so ubiquitous. However, I find the soy latte from Café Ladro to be just as good, if not even smoother. I wish there were a Café Ladro on every corner! Everything people have said about the baristas here is spot on—they're friendly, kind, and genuinely care about what they do. No matter how famous a coffee brand might be, having dedicated employees who truly care about their work and their customers is invaluable.
