The food was quite impressive, earning a solid 4 out of 5. Every dish I tried offered great flavor and freshness. The service absolutely stood out, with attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond, which is why they received a perfect score of 5. The atmosphere was also enjoyable, creating a pleasant dining environment with a rating of 4. Overall, it was a wonderful lunch experience, and I would definitely recommend this spot!"

"The wife n I was here to celebrate a special occasion, but the only thing we talked about was how poor the service was. We had a 7:30 reservation, we got there at 7:20. The place wasn't too busy, I say probably half full and looked like there were plenty servers. Was nice cause we were seated right away and given our drink and food menus. What followed was 20 mins of not meeting our server or even an acknowledgement of us being there, we didn't even get a glass of water. There were plenty of servers walking past our tables and servicing the other tables around us. We watched as other tables, ordered their drinks, received there drinks, ordered their apps, and received it, with in the 20 mins we waited patiently. We thought could it be due to the color of our skin, that we were being dismissed, we seemed and felt out of place, after all we were the only asians in the the restaurant. Not suggesting anything, but all the other tables were receiving their food and drinks, while we waited for over 20 mins without even a glass of water. Growing frustrated, I stopped a worker and ask to speak to the manager, another 10 mins went by, and he came out, I explanained the situation to him, he said he would look into it, not one word of acknowledgement or an expression of apologies at all. After five mins, he came back out and poured us water, and took our drink and food orders. We now had a glass of water after 35 mins of waiting, wow! Now things were moving along as they should. The drinks and the food was ok. I ordered the porterhouse and the wife the ribeye, both at medium rare. They were cooked just right, but both steaks were underseasoned. Also not as tender as I thought they should be too. Don't get me wrong, the steaks were ok, just not upscale steak house quality, I say they were probably somewhere between Applebees and Outback Steakhouse. Wasn't expecting Manny's or Murray's but was expecting a better than Outback or Texas Roadhouse quality and experience. After we reived our steaks, the manager came back out and gave some excuses and apologized. We definitely would not come back here or recommend this place due to the bad service and subpar steaks!"

"I ordered takeout for lunch, and I couldn't be happier! The food was fantastic, earning a solid 5 out of 5. The flavors were delicious and the portions were generous, especially considering the price, which was between $1 and $10 per person. The service was equally impressive, also a perfect 5. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process quick and easy. As for the atmosphere, even though I took my meal to go, I could tell that the restaurant had a great vibe, earning another 5. Overall, this place is a gem for a quick, affordable, and satisfying meal! Highly recommended!"

"The service was pretty good, and I always enjoy the classic White Castle. It's a place I can take my grandchildren without worrying too much about my budget. I feel great telling them that we're going to White Castle, and it takes away the stress of feeling like an annoying grandma when I might not have enough money for expensive places. "When I got there, 3 people ahead of me, 2 getting sandwich made, I waiting and than me waiting to pick my order up, the man ahead of me walked up to place his order, the 2 who placed they're order were leaving, the one gal waving her hands and spoke loudly that I needed to go over there to place me ordered, I said why? My order is placed, she said you need to step over there so they can start my ordered, I said, I am here to pick up an order that was placed by phone, so I am in the right spot, with a roll of her eyes she stepped back and grab my 2 bags, and slid them to me! No THANK YOU, HAVE A GOOD NIGHT, infact she looked away, it was ridiculous in the amount of Mayo that was plastered one 4 of the 6 subs, one of the kids said, we could fill a container up with all this Mayo, we removed 3/4 of what was used, pretty sad the mayo was ozzing out the sides n ends before the first bite! 1 -12 inch sub had 1 half sliced cheese on each side. The 6 inch sub was suppose to have extra pickles, there were 3 pickles total. The 1- 12 inch sub was over loaded with onions, jalapeño and mayo, I guess we will not be ordering subs from sub way by phone NO more, if it takes standing there watching them make it, so be it, but atleast I know it will be quilty.
