"Service was poor from staff. Not enough help. Dinner entree was good. Desert of chocolate cake was extremely small as compared the table next to ours. Explanation given by our waitress was we will make right next time. We waited over 20 min once seated to have someone acknowledge us at our table. The finishing touches was being served a half cup of coffee that was from a Keurig coffee maker, and was charged four dollars per cup."

eating and wein were excellent. cannoli and gelato were also delicious. cocktails and beer are not served. from carmel to pendleton.

My only complaint is that when seated close to the door it is very cold as patron enter and exit, holding the door open. Otherwise it was great!

eating is always excellent. the ambiente is cozy and welcoming. great place to celebrate with family and friends. caprese salate and sausage gnocchi are excellent.

we have worked here often. it is a hidden gem in a small town. unless they are from the opposite they may have never tried. if they love authentic Italian cuisine and made from ground on. this is your place!

"I really love the food at OGG and have always enjoyed dining there. However, last night was disappointing due to the rudeness of the host and one of the servers. When we requested an extra plate, the server responded, "Well, you have one in front of you, but okay." Additionally, the hostess informed us that another party was arriving and implied that we should share our table. She essentially told us to finish our drinks and leave, which was unexpected and made us feel uncomfortable. I wasn't aware there was a time limit for our visit. On a positive note, our waitress was excellent and the food was still fantastic. We were just taken aback by the unwelcoming treatment we received."

"We were staying the night in Pendleton and wanted a good breakfast place. We came here after reading some of the reviews. Honestly, there weren't a lot of options in Pendleton. When we went in, the folks at the counter weren't the most friendly. But, we were hungry. The decor was cute and it was clean. Bonus! The waitress also wasn't the most friendly. Maybe she was just too busy. The food was okay. Nothing to write home about. The coffee was terrible. I don't know if it was the coffee or the creamer they brought us. I had asked for french vanilla and they brought a little cup of it. I mentioned how bad it was to the gal filling our coffee cups. She said it was probably the french vanilla stuff they use for their cakes. Huh?? LOL! Overall, I was a bit disappointed that I listened to the reviews. Maybe those folks went on a different day or haven't had good breakfast food before. Who knows!?"

"What a nice, easy place to have a meal, some iced tea, or a few drinks. Families, couples, friends, singles, everyone is welcome here. Menu is your basic sandwiches, burgers, and fried foods, but the reason to stop in is the service. Friendly, thoughtful, kind, attentive. We enjoy our time here. Easy parking in lot next to building or along the street. Try the huckleberry lemon drop for a light drink, and enjoy the sweet potato fries!"

"I have to say, the staff at this restaurant were extremely friendly, helpful, and provided quick service. The restaurant itself was fairly clean and had a peaceful atmosphere. However, there were some drawbacks... I like my food spicy, but their level 3 was barely spicier than black pepper. I ordered the Swimming Rama with tofu. The sauce was decent at first, but after a few bites, it turned into a watery peanut soup with no flavor. Not great. I also got a Thai tea, which was overly milky and lacked the usual Thai tea taste. I couldn't finish it due to the excessive milkiness. The prices were standard for this type of cuisine. While I appreciated having a non-burger option in Pendleton, I probably won't be coming back to this restaurant."

"We stopped on a trip to Eastern Oregon. I hadn't been to Abby's in years because I went gf/plant-based and conventional pizza doesn't work for me but I have fond memories of Abby's being the best pizza. My travel partner was looking forward to pizza and a salad bar. Turns out this Abby's doesn't have a salad bar anymore but that was okay because the salad they made for him was fresh and tasty with plenty of toppings. He also enjoyed the individual chicken barbecue pizza. The General Manager, Melissa, took our order and she was great! Witty, personable, helpful, professional. I ate beforehand because I knew I couldn't eat anything there. But after we chatted, she made a point of checking the gf crusts and it turns out they are safe for me to eat. She was clearly knowledgeable about gf sensitivities and supportive of me being plant-based. Although I missed my chance to have my own meal there that visit, based on our experience there and my confidence in Melissa's ability to feed me safely, we will definitely be eating there together the next time we pass through."
