"I don’t visit this restaurant frequently enough to be considered a regular, but I have been there enough times to confidently say that the food is fantastic every single visit. It used to be my grandparents' favorite spot when they lived in the area, so I came here often and realized it's a great place. The prices are reasonable—not too cheap, but not overly expensive either—and the food is consistently delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant."

Since moving here, I've discovered that Chapps burgers are some of the best in the area. They definitely outshine most other places. I highly recommend everyone try them!

A co worker and I had to wait approximately 7-10 minutes to have our order taken and no one was ahead of us. We then waited about 15-20 minutes before we received our burgers which were mixed up. We ordered takeout and it was fantastic. The restaurant was spotless. When we arrived, a welcoming lady at the counter greeted us warmly. We ordered salads with extra toppings like grilled mushrooms and jalapeños, as well as everything else on the menu. Everything was just right. If I had one suggestion, it would be to offer Coke products instead of Pepsi. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

We ordered salads with extra toppings like grilled mushrooms and jalapeños, as well as a fully-loaded option. The food was outstanding. My only suggestion would be to switch from Pepsi to Coca-Cola products. Aside from that, it was a wonderful visit overall.
