Just something about the all the ingredients strike you as head and shoulders above any other Chinese place I’ve eaten at. Chen’s is the best, the employee I always deal with doing takeout is so friendly and thorough. 10/10 would recommend.

The Beef Lo Mein was delicious, with tender meat and great spice level options. The dumplings were a bit hard at the edges, but they were still enjoyable. I really appreciated the extremely friendly curbside service, and my food was accurate, hot, and ready at the scheduled time. I'll definitely order again!

The food is delicious and the menu is extensive, but what I especially like is that Chen's is always so clean. Plus the staff is super friendly. While I never order the chop suey, I took a gamble and tried my partner's. the flavor was wonderful and nothing like I remember from childhood! They do a great takeout business.

I like Chens very much, except they have enough meat or fish. I specifically left Moys because he was cheating people from the meat in the courts, so I came to Chens. Now these guys do the same. I recently ordered takeout for dinner and had a fantastic experience. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Orange Chicken, House Fried Rice, and Sesame Chicken; they were all delicious. The service was also excellent, matching the food with another perfect rating of 5. The atmosphere, despite being takeout, felt inviting and was rated a 5 as well. Overall, I would say that a meal here costs between $10 and $20 per person, which is a great value for such quality.

Exceptional customer service that is both gracious and accommodating! The food is absolutely delightful. I appreciate the variety of spice levels available, along with the absence of MSG and the options for low sodium. They even add extra items upon request. It was a pleasure to receive such care during the Covid pandemic. Truly, some of the best customer service you can find! I mentioned some of my dear friends who make the drive from their church in Milwaukee to Chen's every Thursday evening just to savor the delicious food and fantastic service. I recently visited this restaurant and tried a few dishes. I ordered the General Tso's chicken, crab Rangoon, egg roll, and house fried rice. The chicken was pretty good, scoring an 8.5 out of 10. The crab Rangoon was decent, but it felt a bit overcooked or maybe it was just the wonton they used, as the exterior was tougher than what I'm used to. Still, the flavor was nice, so I'd rate it a 6.8. The egg roll was quite impressive—large, juicy, and packed with flavor, earning an 8.8.
