"I just went and ordered a family meal for my family today and got horrible customer-service. When I got there, I ordered my food, lady was kind and we left with no problem. When I got home, I realized my order had been mistaken, I had gotten a mix chicken (with bone), instead of strips. I had mentioned strips, but I had said a 12 piece. She didn’t give any acknowledgement that there was no 12 piece of strips, and added on the 12 piece meal, only to realize later it was the mixed chicken. It having bone isn’t a big deal, but when it comes to my kids not being able to eat the bone, (because of sensory issues), I had to return it. When I went to return it the worker came back with an attitude. She told me I ordered the mixed chicken, and I told her I wanted the strips. She told me there’s nothing I could do about it, and I tried to negotiate to make a return, but she said I couldn’t unless I had the meal. My kids has already been picking at the rest of the meal, so I commented that to her and she said I couldn’t return it. I asked her if I could just get the 20 piece strip and return this chicken and pay for the rest, she said I couldn’t, rudely, and she told me i had to pay 35$ for it. Although, for the bone-in meal, two sides and a gallon tea, it was 40$. Why would just the strips be almost as much as a meal? I checked the menu, a 20 piece is 19.49$. I haven’t been to the location before, so I ordered incorrectly, it was wrong on my part, but why not let me return something on a mistake, that wasn’t just on my behalf, but yours too. Check your attitude."
