Chili's Grill - Piatti

I had a very good waitress who made our visit a great experience. Sad to see this restaurant slowly decline over the years. It used to be busy every night. I don't like the menu changes and food was average.

I found the fajitas to be incredibly tasty. I also liked that they offered hot tea as a drink option. The ribs were good, too, although my husband prefers them at a different restaurant. Still, he enjoyed his meal and finished it completely.

I ordered the Sliders. If you look at the picture. You 'll notice the burgers are over cooked burnt on both sides very dry even the buns on both sides were burnt! And the cheese and ranch were practically nonexistent. Your so-called cook I see he/she likes to press down on the meat to make it cook faster! (The restaurant was quite empty) Visualizza piatti

The service was prompt, allowing us to enjoy an early dinner in just 45 minutes. The restaurant itself was fairly clean, although our table was somewhat sticky. The kitchen had music playing at a volume that's audible to everyone, and the selection wasn't particularly family-friendly. I would rate it 4 stars since the music was at least enjoyable.

To make matters worse, we ordered the baked seafood pasta, but our server said he didn’t hear that part of the order, so we ended up waiting for it while I ate my food and my fiancé had nothing to enjoy. I used to come to this place almost every week with the Gambit crew, but since my visits have become less frequent, it seems that this location is really struggling with staffing. For now, I'll keep my visits short and infrequent until I see some positive changes.

We used to go here occasionally and I got the best chicken breast on a roll. Well disappointed doesn’t even cover it. I asked for it with nothing on the roll but they put lettuce on I assume to cover up the sliced skinny pieces of chicken. No flavor like it had before and the roll was hard on the ends. I ate two fries and they were hard like they were hanging around awhile. My husband said the steak was okay but the asparagus wasn’t cooked well. I was a little in shock when I seen four stars overall for this location, but I’m assuming that they must be old. Upon going to pick up my take-out order this evening you can see a waiter, smoking his vape, playing with the food and bringing it to customers tables, making sure to get back to take a couple hits of the Vape, and then just blow it in the direction of where he is picking up the food Other employees around here just talking and laughing with him so you can tell that this is a normal occurrence and a regular thing that he does. I understand that the labor force is hard but there is food and safety regulation rules for a reason it was great to throw away my $75 order. And if you as...

Wow this chili's location has fallen OFF! Used to come here n get a decent lunch, them big mouth burgers would slap! But now?? Now this place is a shell of its former self and its so sad to see. We came for lunch n got seated quick as the restaurant was half empty... We started off w/chips n whatever the heck that sad excuse for guac was. First off the chips were friggin AWFUL loaded w/so much greasy they were shiny n swimming in the bitter fryer oil (which means the oil is old) how the heck to you make the chips so greasy wet?? Shocking.... The guac looked lazily scooped onto the plate n half of it was brown n gross looking having sat out exposed to the air wayyyyy too long (check the pic)...

Absolutely awful. This may have been the worst dining experience I have ever had. To begin, we were told our food was following after receiving a round of drinks. Shortly after, we heard a large crash from the kitchen, nobody came to explain anything, we waiting 40 minutes before getting up and looking in the kitchen, where we saw a sight of fries all over the floor. Assuming that our food had been dropped, we went back to our table. Our food was delivered an hour and 15 minutes after ordering. The food was clearly rushed, we had no sides on any plate as well as no toppings on the burger, and poorly seasoned dishes.
