"That evening, I called the restaurant to report the issue and was told to return the food immediately. Unfortunately, I was unable to do so until today because I have been sick for the last three days. When we arrived, there were some customers waiting. My husband tried to speak quietly to avoid drawing attention. However, the owner loudly asked where all the food we had eaten was, including the egg rolls and soups. We explained that we only had plates of what we tried and threw the rest away. The raw egg rolls were disposed of, and I wasn’t going to put the uneaten food back in the containers. The owner treated us as if we were trying to scam her. That was definitely not my intention. Before my husband could even speak, she told us to leave and not to come back. Honestly, there was no need to say that; we will never return to this place again. Good customer service and understanding go a long way, but here, all you get are excuses."

Ordered shrimp fried rice and the shrimp was clearly spoiled. Instead of apologizing, the cashier argued with me and stated that the chef said it was fine. I promptly returned my food and requested a refund. I received my money back but no apology. From the terrible customer service and the spoiled food, I’ll never eat here ever again!!!
