"The food here is wonderful with a bright festive atmosphere. Complimentary chips with ceviche started us out. My husband and I both ordered cemitas — I had the vegetarian and he had the steak. Cemitas are sandwiches that originated in Puebla, Mexico — the state where Cholula is. They’re served on homemade sesame buns with homemade chipotle sauce and pápalo — an herb that tastes like your happiest day outside — and this divine stringy Oaxaca cheese. Wonderful flavor profile. Aracely was our waitress and she was excellent! We stopped by here before hiking at the Swallow Cliff Woods in the Cook County Forest Preserve. I strongly recommend this place — you’ll be glad you came here!"

I love the al pastor tacos, I get them at least once a week. This place is a hidden gem. Homemade chips and salsa if you dine in.

WATCH out.....They automatically charge you 18% Tip even when you pick up your food. You can customize, but if you don't pay attention, they will charge you that 18% tip.

I was waiting with kids around 1 hour for food....this is not restaurant in downtown! Instead of this place I recommend Xando cafe.... It's Very close to this place They get better food and better prices!

It exceeded my expectations, I am from Poblana and I know the delicious taste of cemitas and Arab tacos, although it is my first time to have gone, I know that the first impression was spectacular. Totally Delicious. Thank you The service and attention is 100% recommendable. God Bless the hands that serve us.
