"Walked in and greeted by one of the employees who promptly took my order and said the person on the phone taking orders would ring me up when she was off the phone. The employee who took my order then went into the back and started making food. I ordered the pepperoni with garlic guts and had it toasted. There was a LOT of the guts on the sandwich, which is served open face almost, and had a very good garlic flavor to it. The sandwich meat was a decent amount and the toasted bread was still chewy but had a good toasted crunch to it. Sometimes you get a toasted sandwich from somewhere and they can over do it making the bread hard but not here. I was also getting one to go for my wife and the employee said they'd wait before making it so when I was finished eating there, the to go sandwich would still be fresh. Very happy with the meal and service. Definitely plan on stopping back in sometime to try something else off the menu.

"This place is an actual joke. First of all, we sat at our table for over 2 hours just waiting for our food to even come to the table, listening to the servers complain to every. single. table. about how short staffed they are… Everyone is short staffed, we get it, but we didn’t come here to listen to you complain for hours on end. The steak tastes like rubber, and the fries came with a fried sardine in them. My mom has an allergy to fish and we were not told at any point, nor was it stated on the menu, that these items were cross contaminated, let alone, served together. We asked to speak to a manager, who took 45 minutes to even come to the table, and dragged her cook (Joe) out of the kitchen, and presented him as the problem, which was already unprofessional enough. We calmly told them that this was a huge problem, as our mom has a severe severe allergy, to which the manager said “I can’t with this, I can’t” and walked away. Meanwhile, Joe (the cook) stayed at our table, getting super hostile, yelling and swearing at us about how it’s our fault for not telling them about the allergy (we ordered nothing with fish in it) and that they have no responsibility to disclose that EVERYTHING IS COOKED IN THE SAME OIL. So apparently here, you have to specifically tell them if you would like your fries to be just fries, and not fried sardines. This is the most unprofessional, and straight up disgusting place I have ever been to. If you have any other options, go there instead! Dietary restrictions: Everything is cross-contaminated with everything else they serve there."
