During my last few visits, I've noticed a distinct taste of oven cleaner in my food, which I unfortunately end up throwing away.

I had an amazing experience at this Dunkin’ today! My coffee was made to perfection and my hash browns were perfectly crispy. The service was fast and the employees (Jacky and Serina) were friendly and so considerate. Will be coming back!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. My iced coffee was messed up, and the sausage in my pancake wrap was burnt. They were out of syrup as well. Overall, it was unappetizing and not worth the money. I can’t understand why they would serve something so badly cooked. I've been a regular at this restaurant since it opened, and I was initially excited about its convenience. However, tonight was the last straw! I've been willing to overlook the malfunctioning computer, the broken grill, the long wait times, and the unfriendly staff. But tonight, I waited 30 minutes for an online order I placed at 10 PM, which made me late for work. I usually come here 3 to 4 times a week since I work the midnight shift. I'm starting to wonder if they understand that there are others, like me, who have late-night jobs.

I have overlooked that the computer doesn't work, the grill is down, extremely long wait times and some employeesjust not friendly at all.
