"The hours on google and when I called said they were open at 11. I showed up at 12:40 with 3 kids in 100 degree weather? the store sign said they opened at 1. Ok we tried to make the best out of a bad situation kids played red light green light? soby the time someone showed up (after 1) we were a hot mess. The lady was nice but we were struggling. There was a huge puddleof water inside, and I appreciate the lady worked to set up and serve us before cleaning that up, but it was a struggle to keepmy sweating 2 year old out of the water. When she started putting our orders together she put the ice cream in the cup and pourthe mix ins on top. I has to ask her to actually mix the mix ins. To her credit she did without arguing with me but it feltlike something I shouldn?t have had to ask for. When we went to check out I brought out a coupon I had been emailed from coldstone and she said they don?t accept coupons ???????????. Also she didn?t let enter my phone number for rewards not a huge dealbut compounded with all of the other things it was just too much. I will not be returning to this cold stone. It is worth thedrive over to Livermore."

Don 't use their website 's online delivery option, never. They will not respond if you are waiting for your cake and they work with door dash which simply cancels the delivery, with no reason. Then after multiple calls, ColdStone says 'oh we don 't knowabout your order, you can come over and pick up if you want '.

Cold Stone offers a good experience in other locations, but I wouldn't recommend visiting this particular branch. During my time working there, I noticed that the fruits were often quite old, and management didn't seem concerned about serving customers rotting produce. Additionally, the level of customer service from management was lacking, which was very disappointing.

I strongly advise against using the online delivery option on their website. My experience was frustrating; I waited for my cake but they wouldn’t respond. They partner with DoorDash, which ended up canceling the delivery without any explanation. After several calls, ColdStone simply told me, “We don’t have any information about your order. You can come by and pick it up if you’d like.” Visualizza piatti

Went to redeem a BOGO offer we got by email for my son's birthday and they refused to honour it. They kept talking about points with phone number not enough for BOGO. Very disappointed that they trick costumers to come to store using fake offers and getkids excited so we had to buy 2 scopes! Though kids enjoyed the ice creams, they tasted really bad you can get much betterquality ice creams at other places.

I noticed that the staff at this Cold Stone Creamery handled all the mix-ins with their bare hands. Although they did use a scoop for the ice cream, I believe that gloves should be worn for any food contact. I really love Cold Stone, but I'm uncomfortable with servers not wearing gloves while preparing orders. I asked the employee behind the counter twice about glove usage, and he mentioned that he only wears them when making cakes. Isn't he aware of cross-contamination? I hope management can address this concern. This is the first Cold Stone I've visited where staff aren't wearing gloves, and it’s quite unsettling. Visualizza piatti

I am very disappointed with my experience at Cold Stone Creamery. I have tried to contact management several times, but I have not received any responses. Many of the employees mentioned that they rarely see management, which is concerning. I run a program and planned to bring small groups of children every Wednesday during the summer, but every time we arrived, the restaurant was closed. The hours posted online do not match the actual operating hours, and even the staff seemed unsure about opening times. I spoke to three different employees, and each one gave me a different answer, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, on my previous visits, many staff members were quite rude, pri...

The woman who helped us was nice, but we were having a hard time. There was a large puddle of water inside, and while I appreciated that she focused on setting up and serving us before cleaning it, it was challenging to keep my sweating two-year-old away from it. When she began preparing our orders, she put the ice cream in the cup and added the mix-ins on top. I had to ask her to actually mix in the ingredients, and to her credit, she did so without any argument, but it felt like something I shouldn’t have needed to request. When we went to pay, I presented a coupon I received via email from Cold Stone, but she informed me that they don’t accept coupons. Additionally, she didn’t let me ent...

"We had a very nice Mother's Day dinner here because I'm the mom and I was craving Italiano. This was a last minute plan and I really appreciate that the Hostess who took my call was so upbeat and welcoming. I enjoyed the dim lighting, candles at the table, and large window view of passersby on the street. This was exactly what I was hoping for and I definitely recommend this place for a romantic date night. The type of restaurant setting that makes me put on a nice dress and some heels. The drinks were good. My daughters were delighted that their Shirley's arrived with 3 cherries. The wine and cocktail menus were quite nice. We requested bread because we were all feeling hungrier by the minute. The bread was wonderful. I had a cup of the minestrone soup and it was nothing short of DELICIOUS. My carbonara was great, but the chicken that I added to the meal wasn't the high quality tender grilled chicken breast that I craved. It was dry over cooked chicken that was oily/greasy without any distinct flavor. I did notice that they charge 6.00 if you wish to split a plate with another guest. Typically, when I want to try something new, I'll split it with a girlfriend or one of my kids. So, the 6.00 charge would definitely put quite a damper on what is typically a fun food adventure for our table. I look forward to coming back for another serving of that minestrone soon, because I already know it's delicious. Thanks Pastas"
