Thought I was meeting a friend a few weeks ago, but I had the date incorrect. The hostess, Alyssa was so kind to me and complimented me, as if she was comforting me. Tonight I went back and she remembered me, so very kind. Jacob tonight's server was also awesome. Very pleasant experience from the staff. The food was excellent as well. But it was good to walk after that meal. "I was shocked when I saw one slither of gyros meat on what's supposed to be a gyro burger. So so disappointing that I didn't taste any resemblance of gyro flavor. I added the tzatziki sauce and the burger was good with it but no gyro flavor. Cheese burger I believe is $7.99 and gyro burger $9.99 I paid $2 for that. Since I didn't get what I wanted I still wanted it. I went to Mike's Chili and Grill in Hamilton it is just what the doctor ordered. I had to edit my review and include the picture of a Gyro Burger"

"We came again to this establishment because we had a great experience the last time. Unfortunately it didn’t occur this time. Our reservation was 2 hours before our show across the street. We made this abundantly clear to our server so we didn’t have to slam our food down at the last second in order to make it to our show on time. But that’s exactly what happened. We had a new server that I think was overloaded on purpose, to see how he could handle it. This resulted in a poor experience for my friends, family and myself. If you want quite, have them seat you upstairs where we were. If you want service, you probably should be seated on the main floor."

"Everything was excellent. The portions were generous. The Applewood Smoked Pulled Pork sandwich and the Smoked Beef Brisket are exceptional. This was my second time ordering them, and they were just as fantastic as the first. The Baby Back Rib Sandwich is absolutely amazing – I can’t wait to try the half rack! My son really enjoyed the Fried Mac and Cheese Bites. The Fried Sweet Corn with Bacon, Onions, and Peppers was decent, but it could’ve been better if the bacon hadn't been overcooked. Overall, I highly recommend Brent's if you're a BBQ lover."
