Ordered steak tips and eggs with a bowl of fruit. No steak tips and no fruit. . No notification. Of been out of any food selection. Very disappointed

I arrived at the restaurant a little late, but our server was very attentive in keeping my food hot and making sure my drink was freshly made when I arrived. They were very accommodating for my wheelchair and even pulled a chair out for me. The wheelchair accessibility was excellent.

I always have a fantastic experience with the staff every time I come to this place. Max, my server, was outstanding and the cashier (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) provided exceptional customer service. Overall, it is a great restaurant to visit. Typically, we have a pleasant experience. However, during our last visit, our food did not come out as ordered. I ordered my steak medium, but it came well-done. We visit this restaurant at least once a month and usually do not have any issues. I must mention that the restaurant is a charming place to find vintage items.

We had to wait 45 minutes before being seated and then waited another 30 minutes before our order was taken. We noticed that a party who arrived after us was served first. We had to call the manager because our waitress was nowhere to be found. The manager explained that there was a technical glitch and promised to personally deliver our food when it was ready. Finally, our food arrived 10 minutes later. Although we appreciated the explanation, the lack of communication and customer service was disappointing.

We visited the restaurant to inquire about their catering service and were assisted by Mauricio, who we believe is the Manager. He was very friendly and quickly took our order for the following day. We had a family gathering and decided to have the food prepared by the catering service, which turned out to be an excellent decision. Everything went smoothly, the food was delicious, and the presentation was impeccable with attention to detail. The food arrived hot and was accompanied by cutlery and utensils for serving. Went for Thanksgiving Dinner with a friend. Got seated right away, but the meal went downhill fast!!!!The server asked us for our drink order and stated the the meals were on the way, even though we didn 't order. My friend had to track down the server to stay that she wanted the vegetable meal , not the turkey dinner! He blazed off and never asked her about the particulars of her order! My dinner then arrived, cold and tasteless. We asked repeatedly about bread and or biscuits; they were out!!!!!!They brought us the check, and we had to chase them down to get the pumpkin pie that was part of the meal package! Terrible service and racism. It's embarrassing that people like Carrie, the cashier that serviced me, work at this establishment. I was checking out and I was waiting in line. Two caucasian ladies approached the cashier I was waiting for. The cashier (Carrie), asked for the next person, I was next and I approached. Carrie then tells me there is a line when I had already been there waiting in said line. She wanted to take care of the customers behind me. As if I was not making a purchase. So under staffed on a Saturday morning. Not that busy but had to wait 15 minutes for a table. Got seated and waited almost 8 minutes before we were approached. The server was super friendly and apologized for the wait. Several tables had dirty dishes when we sat down and remained that way our entire meal. She took our drink order and came back. We were ready and ordered. We were surprised how fast our food came out. We thought it was for someone else's table. Nope it was ours. Hot, as we ordered and delicious.
